Sorry, but cannot, with any kindness give a good review for this Culvers today. Could not hear the cashier and she was not that courteous. One item was wrong and not even corrected. No lids for drinks at counter and had to ask for them. Ketchup spilled on counter. Straw bin was jammed. Took nearly forever to get a few cubes of ice. Took an extra ordinary length of time to get our food (not short on staff but drive through looked as if they were getting all the food while indoor diners were waiting). Totally disappointed with this visit. $30 for two people to eat should have been more pleasurable. Fish was very good as usual.
Really disappointed this time around. I waited 15 minutes for my food since they were busy. That was okay and I was patient although others were getting their food before me. All to find out its because mine is sitting on the counter. Large cheese curd not fresh and hot so they went in the trash can. Burger was not hot and dry but I managed. Overall, I'm disappointed in spending that much on the cheese curds for them to be no good. Hoping for 5 star service next time.
Culver's is delicious. Always fresh and the employees customer service skills are good. I don't have any complaints and I would recommend this location.
This was my first time here! I couldn't believe how delicious the deluxe cheeseburger was! The chocolate milkshake was perfect I could not have asked for anything more. In my opinion this is a five-star fast food restaurant and comparable to a fine dining experience that you would find at an upscale restaurant. Thank you so much Culver's!

It was very crowded. But for the amount of people being served they moved rather quickly. No issues this time. In the past there have been mix ups with the order and some servers have had ride attitudes about it. But 8/10 times they are good with it.
Don't go on Friday nights! I wanted a simple Fish dinner. I took my place in the drive thru line at 4:48 pm, arrived at the order station about 5:00 and placed my simple order, 2pc, fish dinner w/cole slaw and fries, Vanilla shake, it then took over 15 minutes to get to the window to pay, time 5:12. I was asked to pull forward after paying for my food and getting my shake. It was then about 5:15, I waited long enough that I consumed my shake while waiting for my dinner, dinner arrived at 5:38. Total time for a simple dinner from the drive thru, 50 minutes!!!!! NOT GOOD!!
3 piece large portions of fish. Very good coleslaw. Just crisped in oven as we had to drive 15 minutes home. On time pickup from on line order.Very busy car line on Friday in Lent.
The food is what it is. But the employees clearly do not want to be there. They are borderline rude, and very slow. Do not go there for the "customer service."
Went to Culver's, through drive-thru, order was all wrong. Called the Roseville location spoke with Will, the manager. Told me to bring up my order and they would make it over for me. When I got up there he was on break. Food was not ready as promised...
