They did not have my pizzas ready when I arrived. They told me they had a problem and had to remake them. I thought ok at least they will be fresh. I started driving and discovered they burned one of the pizzas. The only thing that they could do was give me credit towards future purchases. I don't live in the area. And they forgot part of my order.They said to call them and they did their best to make it right
Cloverleaf pizza after having a conversation w a person who has no phone skills. We received r chesse pizza. Oh wait, after repeating myself twice telling her I wanted a Supreme Pizza this Chesse pizza SUCKS AND there is no GARLIC CRUST?!! Long day, just want a person to do their job, if they can't then they shouldn't answer the phone. Called back and yeah sorry but not sorry I'm not a happy customer becuz of the painstaking call to MAKE the order now we get to eat a CHESSE PIZZA ? BUT WAIT, I'm told she was only 15. The person I talked to, to complain to didn't like my attitude..... REALLY!!??? oh but she's had a bad day,too, becuz it's 90 degrees in the store. HEY WELCOME TO LIFE!!! I WORKED AT A PIZZA PLACE WHEN I WAS YOUNG ON TOP OF ANOTHER JOB!!! SO, 60 hrs a week, and dealing w the heat!!!! REAL BAD EXCUSE, LOVE UR PIZZA, BUT MY SANITY IS MORE IMPORTANT. ALSO UR CHESSE PIZZA SUCKS W NO GARLIC. ALSO if u r going to argue w me becuz you don't like my attitude, maybe you should get a class on customer service and don't hang up a customer becuz you can't handle the heat while working. Young ppl need to get a clue!!! It's called work!
I normally would call and speak to management before I post a negative review, but they did not believe I was worthy of a phone call to discuss our options. We ordered 2 pizza calzones and a crunchy bread with ranch and paid for an extra ranch. Instead of contacting us and notifying us they were out of parm they made our order without, the driver still never mentioned this when he delivered nearly 15 minutes late, they just wrote on the box, "out of parm", and still forgot both of our ranch sauces we also left a 20% tip. Worst pizza I ever got. No sauce and raw. I order from them regularly and tonight was the worst
I don't really care for their pizzas but I do love getting their salad and bread sticks. unfortunately their salads are way too overpriced now and their quality has made a huge dive. They advertise them being made with Romain lettuce but the obvious throw iceberg lettuce in majority of the salad and sprinkle a tiny amount of romaine. That's how they've made them the past 3 times and the last 2 months. Like the medium salad is $9 and theirs barely any green to it. what are we paying $9 for?
Food is fantastic. The cheese bread is awesome. Love, love the cauliflower pizza crust.
Well I cannot rate the pizza.. But I drove past this store @ 9:20 tonight.. The sign said OPEN, Google says OPEN till 10.. I called at 9:24 to arrange a pick up, granted this has happened 2 times.. They won't answer! So I just dialed a few times, Gal picks up the phone @ 9:45, says we are not taking anymore orders, I said I have been calling for 25 minutes!! She replied it doesn't matter.. So apparently it does not matter Google. Sign says open..
First time I ordered from this Cloverleaf location. I placed a carry out or a well-done pizza and some breadsticks Unfortunately, it wasn’t until I got home that I realized that the dough was still raw in the middle of the pizza. Breadsticks were better… still not fully cooked though. How do you not realize that a pizza/breadsticks are not fully cooked when you slice it??!! I’ve never had any issues with other Cloverleaf locations.
What a joke.We've been loyal customers here for about 2 years now. Order at least 2 to 3 times a month. Tip well, keep it simple.Tonight we placed an order at 9pm.... (they close at 10pm) only to get a phone call at 9:20 from a female who said that she had already put everything away. And should have turned off online orders. When we explained they already charged our card, she explained that she could just cancel it.. "or I could make it, if you want me to get EVERYTHING out again." Clearly, you want your food to be made by someone who doesn't want to make it.... (but works at a place that makes food?)We've overlooked late deliveries... overcooked pizza from time to time... inconsistent calzones, because in the end, it's still pretty good.This is it for us. You may not miss our business. But your customer service is going to multiply people like me quickly. Absolute joke.
