Hair in food!!! We ordered 3 burrito bowls and one kids meal. When I first opened the kids meal I found a hair but dismissed it hoping it was my daughter's. A few bites into my meal I found another hair. I started digging around in my bowl and found THREE more almost immediately. My husband and daughter started checking their food and pulled multiple hairs out of theirs as well. They were medium length blonde or light brown hairs which none of us have. The food went straight in the garbage. I feel like this may have been intentional for it to be this bad. I tried to call the store and couldn't get through so I got sent to the call center where they told me someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

My burrito was cold within the 10 minutes of waiting outside and picking my order up. Also several pieces of the steak tasted like they'd fallen into the charcoals of the grill but were still used for food prep.

Horrible!! Never even got food. The manager walked off the line and literally just left a line of people waiting. Never go here.

I really like Chipotle, and I usually go to the one on Telegraph rd, and I always order the same thing. Their brown rice is undercooked, their beans are undercooked, their lettuce is soaked in water. When the young lady was putting stuff in my bowl, both the Pico, and the lettuce were super watery. I was very hungry, so I just paid and left. The paper bag ripped and the Pico water mixed with seasonings went all over my car seat. I blamed myself for not asking them to double bag it.The next time I ordered, the bag broke again, and not only that but that second order had brown rice that was way undercooked. It gave me stomach upset. Out of all Chipotles I've eaten I've had the worst experience at this one.I don't like to give low reviews, because the staff was running around stressing out like crazy. I know people need their jobs, and I can sympathize with that. I am being very liberal giving 3 stars. I won't go back to that one for a while. Please hire more staff and pay them more money!

Food could have been a 5 but they were out of corn.. Kadisha. the cashier was completely disrespectful when we asked the guy on the "togo" area if we could get a side of corn from there.. he was going to give it is us when Kadisha absolutely came undone!! Then she couldn't even remember enough to finish checking us out..what a shitshow!!! but I'm sure no manager will even see this and make the appropriate changes..

When we walked up to the register, we were "welcomed" by a manager (I'm assuming) yelling for the girl behind the counter, then, very condescendingly, instructs her to wash her hands. So now I'm wondering if this employee is dirty or if this manager is just a real jerk. She takes our order and makes our food and then we stand at the end of the counter for quite some time waiting for someone to ring us up. Three employees are frantically looking for the cashier, who never shows up. Eventually, one of them decides to take our money. It is pretty obvious that every employee in that store is miserable. There was a very awkward vibe. I will not be returning.

I had a wonderful experience Zach and Greg made my day with great customer service. I ordered a salad bowl found out they had no vinegarette for my salad bowl these gentleman sprung into action and within a couple of minutes I had my vinegarette thanks for the great service.

I should have known better than order here again. Last 3 times we have ordered online all I get is chicken and cheese for a bowl. Nothing else that I ordered with it. The burrito my husband orders is the same, only the meat and some cheese.Save yourself headache and money, go somewhere else. This location is a scam.

This location used to be okay, however after Covid it has gone downhill. To put it in perspective I ordered extra rice and this is what I received.

Everyone is moving as fast as they can, still waiting twenty minutes for my online order. They need to fix their pickup times on the app to reflect conditions in real time. This is a simple fix with data I’m sure they already collect. Five stars for the line crew, zero stars for the web dev team.
