Was supposed to be steak fajitas and I got more vegetables than steak. Rice was hard and the beans weren’t very appetizing. Very disappointing.
I keep giving it chance after chance, can we say insanity. I will say this time it was a little better. Our sever was clearly new, but she was sweet and we were patient with her. The quality of the food has gone down tremendously. If the food was better, I wouldn’t be so upset the terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend THIS Chili’s unless you’re in for drinks and dessert. They do have a season watermelon spritzer for $5 and that’s actually worth it. It comes with vodka and tequila and has watermelons sugar (high) on the rim.Last thing, I guess they turned the outside lights off to indicate to potential customers they were closed or closing. It was pitch black dark leaving and I almost tripped *face palm*But it’s better than the last few times I’ve gone.
Placed an order for curbside and got a message that it was ready. I arrived at the restaurant maybe 15 minutes after that, parked in the only open curbside spot (people were parked and gone from their cars in all the others) and checked in.15 minutes went by, so I checked in again. Another 5 or 10 minutes of nothing, and I called the restaurant. I was waiting 5 more minutes for someone to even pick up. Finally someone did and I let her know I was waiting for my food in the curbside spot. She told me she would check and see if it was ready and threw me on hold before I had a chance to tell her I already got the notification it was ready.Another 5 minutes on hold, and someone brought me my food (while I was still holding, mind you). Must have been an off shift employee or going to lunch because she then got in her car and left. Got my food home and my Caesar salad was warm. The greens and dressing were disgustingly warm, like they had been in a warmer yet somehow the rest of my food was lukewarm. Half of my asparagus was yellow. And my strawberry lemonade was room temp... Not sure if the ice melted or was never there to begin with.
Horrible. The restaurant smells. The pop tasted weird. The wait was way too long. We had to request they bring our soup 30 mins after we ordered. The soup was cold. One order was completely screwed up. Had to wait forever for the bill and wasn't given any compensation for the screw ups. Will not be returning and would never recommend this dirty musty smelling restaurant. It's gross.
Our server was amazing. It seemed she was the only one doing anything. She was the host, server and manager all in one. It was sad to see her busting her a$$ while her coworkers sat on theirs. She deserves better than this place. Especially for how hard of a worker she is. It’s frustrating as someone else works in the service industry to see someone get taken advantage of like this. I hope she gets good pay, because if anything the only person who should be getting paid is her since she’s does everyone’s job for them. I’m not sure her name but she has a lot of tattoos and on her forearm there is a hatchet man tattoo. She also has like blondish hair and lashes and a butterfly neck tattoo.
Came here for the 1st time in like 10 years. I was really pleased with the food and service. It tasted good, hot, fast and very kind. The only down part was its really dirty outside in the parking lot, bathrooms and who knows about the kitchen
Great service fast food service was wonderful
I would never come to this place again… not sure if it’s because of covid but they need employees and clearly a new chef… last Friday I ordered a Togo order /curb side… I came all the way home to realize that a few of my items were missing and then my chicken was still raw. I called to let the manager Amanda know… she didn’t care what I had to say.. all she suggested was that I either come back to get my ordered remade… or to receive a gift certificate.. of course I chose the gift certificate (I wanted to give them another chance)… so a week later (today). I decided I wanted to do something nice and eat inside. Firstly when I walked inside I saw they cut half of the restaurant off leaving only like 4 tables opened.. the host wasn’t there I waited a good 10 minutes before the hostess took my number down and told me it would be a 20 minute wait and that i would receive a text when my table was ready.. I waited in the car for 45 minutes before I realized that it’s been way over 20 minutes.. I went inside (no host in sight)and of course waited 15 min still no show of a host…. I left and will never be back. This place need to shut down since they are lacking employees.
My experience at this Chili's restaurant was Excellent! For starters my server Savanah (Hope I spelled her name right) was so very attentive and Helpful. She was welcoming and very patient with my 7 & 4 year old. She made this the best experience that we've had at a Chili's restaurant in a very long time. I food was good and the kids actually ate & liked it. I think most positive experiences at restaurants start with a server that cares. Thanks Savanah you rock! This Burger was called the bacon Rancher and it was Delicious and not overcooked
Went to dinner with my husband last night, once we arrived I noticed the dining room was closed and only the bar was open. At that point we decided to sit at the bar. It was very apparent that the bartender was very overwhelmed. My heart hurt for her and I soon noticed the manager (Dave) wasn’t offering to help in fact he was sitting more and more people! She was out of almost all liquor and at one point she had 27 drinks to make. The other staff began helping her but the manager was not offering her any assistance. There was one point where she didn’t have one clean glass to make a drink. To see a manger do this made me sick and I plan to call corporate today to file a complaint.Sidenote…the bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Perhaps a call to the health department is in order.
