Oh my God this place is ridiculous. I only stay three blocks away and I never stop here. But one particular night last week I decided to stop here. When I made my order it was reported back to me and I was told to pull around by this rude person over the speaker.. I put around arrived at the window and a very dirty looking lady came to the window with a bad attitude. I don't even know why she was there because of the way she looked and how unprofessional she was.. she then takes my money and disappears around to the back for about 10 minutes bringing back this little small bag. In the bag was a messed up smashed looking sandwich and it was ice cold. I demanded a refund and I would never go to this place again. I can see why there is never anyone at this place in the daytime or at night time because of their bad customer service.
The food is good quality and the workers are fast, chill and respectful. The area outside is pretty much always clean. I highly recommend stopping here if you want a quick bite.
Just wanted to give a shout out to this location! I door dash, so time is money, greatful for the quick service, and hot fresh food ready to go out to customer's! Staff is always attentive and pleasent! Thank you Roseville location, see ya soon!
Absolutely DONE with this location. Recently ordered through DoorDash and I get the Baconzilla without mayo and ketchup. Despite the receipt saying that, my order arrived with both. Decided to give another chance but this time go in person. Ordered the same thing and the cashier even repeated it back to me, which I confirmed again! Came with the condiments! Edit: tried to post photo of my receipt but it completely blew up the image size to where it couldn't be read properly
Food was hot and fresh, they had slushies which is a hard find a lot of places advertise them but dont have them, service was fast and friendly
They actually served this to me. This 5 piece fry seasoned tenders was 10$. I will never get checkers again.
I just want to know why u so rude? And if you rude I don't trust you with my food I'm eating.. AVOID this checkers till they get some nicer staff.. oh n let's talk about the pot holes. My car suffered severe damage here .. Wow..
So when I get a burger I get it plain, only cheese. Burger King next door messes it up. A lot of places do every once in awhile. It's never happened at this location. And last time I went the lady at the window got the food and said something to the cook and had them remake it. Certainly it wasn't only cheese. I really appreciated that attention to the order accuracy. I have always had good service here.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION!!! The food out of this location is always disgusting. It's either not done or looks like someone stomped on it, put it back in the fryer, and served it. You will never get a full French fry, and your food will always be at least 2 days old. The employees who work here are RUDE and extremely lazy!!! I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes while an employee stared right at me only to be told I could not order. The inside of this store looks absolutely disgusting it's hard to believe they would pass a health inspection. You couldn't pay me enough to eat at this place! Never have a had a good experience with this location.
Friendly staff! Im there quite often as a customer and a dasher. The staff is always friendly, and does a great job getting fresh hot food out! I would like to recognize an employee who's name is Collin, specifically beacause he always presents great customer service even when things are extremely busy and the pressure is on! Thanks Collin! Your work ethics do not go un-noticed!
