So the one on Groesbeck has Never gotten one of my orders right in 8 years but I’m craving a spicy chicken sandwich and was just told they are doing a shift change and are not taking any orders and sent me away.
One 5pc wing, one 10pc wing, 1 med fry, one 4pc cheese stick, 1 pair of 2 for $6 sandwiches.....$42.00I pulled off from the window and went right next door and got 4 sandwiches and a lrg fry for $16....utterly ridiculous....$42 got me alot at the grocery store
Fries were cold buns were hard and burger was slightly warm cheese sticks were all breading no napkins
Food is good but they need to work on their faces and mean mugs and greetings. Geesh
Worker here were unbekievable! Very patient and helpful with our order! Took the time to help us get exactly what we wanted. Kids keot changing their orders, but they kept up and got it completely accurate. Food was much better than expected for a first time eating there!
Food was fresh and staff was patient and cooperative.Asked for extra bag and napkins the girl standing handed me over the stuff with a smile.I was on my way to work and a encountering a smiling face is makes a difference guys !
I wanted a snack something sweet so I was intending to get strawberry shake and Mom a chocolate but they had this New dessert, new to me, a brookie which is a brownie and the chocolate chip cookie and soft serve let me tell you the brookie was hot the ice cream was cold so it was soft and the perfect mixture I'm in love with a brookie at Checkers....?
I asked for a plain big buford. The receipt says plain big buford. The read back of the order said plain big buford. I open my big buford and there was cheese on it. Again. This has been a consistent issue. My family and i will not be shopping at this location anymore and it is honestly debatable if we are going to go to any others.
The worst meal I've had in a long time.will never go back to this location.I only started liking them from my days in Saint Louis but restaurants change in different states just like I won't patronize churches chicken here in Detroit but when I visit Georgia or Alabama I still their churches chicken arabs can't cook chicken the way people of color cooks fried chicken. Not being racist just stating facts.
The man working the window with blonde hair, was AMAZING with his customer service. He was on top of everything and remained calm and together. That man deserves a raise!!!!
