I was just at the Burger King at 26640 Gratiot in Roseville MI. I waited in the line behind 3 cars for at least 20 minutes before I finally got to the window to pay. The lady was nice but gave me the wrong change so then she had to wait for someone to open the register which took a bit. Got the right change and my drink and then the bag of food. I munched on a few onion rings but they were terrible because they aren't done enough and were very cold which means my order was sitting quite a while. My whopper jr had been slapped together and the cheese was half off the burger. For what we have to pay for fast food the establishment should do much better. I understand some places are short staffed but if you can't get enough workers to get orders done better and in a better time then you shouldn't be open. I love Burger King but not when I end up disappointed in a meal that I was looking forward to having. Hope there will be some improvements in the future.
Came here on 6/1/22 at about 8PM, I'm not sure what happened to this place. the first year they were open the service and food was great. Since then the line takes forever(was in line about half hour tonight, same as last 2 times) and food was cold. Disappointed at what's happened to this place, I was so happy when they opened a BK close to my home. I will not go back there. If you want BK go to a different store, judging by the reviews poor service seems to be an ongoing problem here, in fact I watched 2-3 cars leave the drive through, even after some had placed orders.
Stat in the outside drive-thru line and watched as they took four cars worth of orders before even acknowledging the line existed. After all that wasted time they didn't have half the things on their breakfast menu. When attempting to say something to the manager got blown off laughed at and yelled at. We'll never be back and hope you don't either
Usually not a bad place to stop and get a burger and fries. But this time was honestly a waste of time and money! Chicken nuggets weren’t even edible, mushy and greasy. Burger wasn’t too bad but fries were just as squishy as nuggets and had black specks allover them. Couldn’t eat those either! What happen to taking pride on the stuff you do??
I’ve visited this location over twenty times I would say and every time they are out of iced coffee and the wait time is unreal for a drive through. Needs to get more employees if things are that slow. Done using this one, just drive to a different Burger King. It would be faster.
Drive through takes forever and they messed up my order. When you order a bacon themed sandwich you expect there to be bacon on there. I also didn't get a receipt so I can't just go back with believable evidence.
Never open always at night hear “systems down” no one at this location wants to work!! I’ve sat at the window for ever just to hear we closed early ?? (Multiple times closed early or not wanting to work) horrible customer service!! Would not recommend eating here just got to the location at the mall or head to the 8 mile location do not waste your time unless it’s before dark!!
Just ordered late dinner my burger was so cold the chicken nuggets that I ordered for my kids are all brown very oily and greasy and just disgusting I already don’t like those Burger King because they are rude and never seem to want to work ?? Seriously just tear the whole building down it’s just a waste of space.
Waited in line for 40 mins. Absolutely ridiculous! They have signs out by Gratiot saying dine in now open and displayed all over the building. Tried to go in to order of course they are not open. False advertisement,poor service, low quality food! Management should definitely shut this place down, I know I wouldn't want to pay lazy people who don't really want to work.
Food was cold the first time. The girl was rude at the window. They replaced the order a few days later and all the burgers were cold again. Again the girl at the window was again rude. Last time I'm going to eat at this location. I only live 1/2 mile from this location.
