Pulled in yesterday around 7 pm and that was it I was the very last car in drive thru. After about a half hour went maybe 1 or 2 car lengths not even perpendicular to the restaurant entrance yet. So I got out of the line and when I went around to leave there was of course a car at the speaker but no cars at the windows. So what they were doing was taking a single car's order collecting the money and making the orders only one car at a time. Not at all like it usually is at a drive through. I agree with the other reviews this location as definitely gone down hill.
I’ve come here twice in the last week. Both times my order was wrong. No apologies or anything. They just stare at you and replace it with the correct order. I ordered a medium combo, I received a small. This time I ordered a fish combo, they gave me a jr cheeseburger. I don’t know who’s running this location but they need to teach their staff customer service skills!
Visited this location on Feb 24th around 12:10pm. I had the best experience at the intercom. I haven't had an experience like that in years, again, YEARS! The young lady let me speak without talking over me, and she actually asked if I wanted cheese on my burger. I usually prefer my burgers with no cheese, but it was nice that she asked before I could say. She repeated all 3 of my orders back to me to make sure she got everything right. She also told me my total, which was probably on the screen. Each order was made correctly. I actually changed an order after I made it. Still got it right. No attitude. I was told to have a good day at the window with a smile. Great job to the whole staff.
Food was on point. Fries perfectly hot and sandwich was delicious. They understood the assignment thanks Wendy's.
Slow service. Rude workers. Cold food. I will not be back to this Wendy’s. It has really gone down hill. Owners should close up shop if they can’t get it together.
Updated review: They are now only open until 10pm sadly, but the quality and service has gone way up since they increased employee pay. Line is pretty quick, order is always correct, and the mobile app has great deals for pick up. Definitely turned it around from my previous review.OLD REVIEW 1 star: Hour's listed are not correct. Food is pretty good, but they need to change their hours listed on their store/online to match when they have people working.Open until 12, but if you show up past 11 they are not going to answer the intercom ever.
Good deal for lunch, drink, nuggets, JR double burger and fry for $5. Also the drive thru service was good. They put ketchup, salt and napkins in the bag without me asking.
When you pay for a drink and it's full of ice. No product. Probably got as much as a small drink. Pretty weak ?
Wendy’s has good frosty’s, baked potatoes and burgers. I miss the mushroom and Swiss burger tho. Bring that back!
Food is good and I've never had a problem with my order. Just really slow like any other wendys.
