This is really disappointing. Waiting for your order and the girl cleaning her fingers on the garbage can and keeps going making smoothies and repeat. ( use paper towels,rinse your hands..etc takes a second) Disgusting. And then they give you attitude if you don't give them tip. No way.
This location never misses. We went today and it was clearly overwhelmingly busy. The female drive thru worker (sorry we didn't grab your name) was crushing it and took the time to interact and tell us we could have her scan our phone at check out to get points which I didn't realize. Also despite how busy it was every item of our order was correct and delicious, so definitely worth the time it took.
Tasty smoothies. But I swear the cups are getting thinner. My cup bottom broke out. Need to bring my own cup to pour it into.
I order online and the lobby was close so I had to wait a long time at the drive up to get my food.
Ended up driving off after ordering and waiting 30+ minutes AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW for 2 smoothies. Also knocked on the window for an update and was told “we are starting to make them” (focusing on mobile orders rather than actual visiting customers)
5 stars for smoothie and food 1 star for customer service. As we are all aware of labor shortages there is no excuses for bad behavior. It’s unfortunate that some employees can get away with speaking rudely to people and walking away.
Delicious smoothies made right and friendly service. It is poorly illuminated at night so it looks like it's closed when it is really open. I took a chance and went to the drive through behind the building anyway and was rewarded with peanut butter oat smoothie where you can really taste the peanut butter. Husband likes it too.
Worst customer service! Door closed so customers cannot pick up orders and make people go through drive thru. It costs nothing for lobby to be open to pick up orders. Why does this make sense to anyone!

Good smoothies, although I ordered a wrap and it was not good. I Think they cooked the wrap with lettuce inside so it was all soggy. Other than that they have friendly service, fast and the peanut butter jelly wrap was fabulous said my co-worker.
