Horrible customer service, by far the worst Tim Hortons that I’ve ever gone to. Most of the time if you go on a weekend they are closed before 3 o’clock and people are waiting in line not knowing it is closed. They do not update their hours, and you cannot tell when this location is open or closed. The coffee always is different prices depending on who rings up the order. Go elsewhere!
Asking the drive thru cashier for why my total is what it is shouldn't spark an attitude from the cashier. And then to ask why I got an attitude from her to talk trash to my face is highly unprofessional. Zero stars if i could, and I got no problem not recommending this Tim Hortons to all 300 of the tenants at my property I manage 4 miles down the road.
They were very nice but out of all chicken sandwiches that day.
I usually never write reviews, but I am so frustrated that I have to. My friend and I have been there three times now and every single time we go there, their customer service is horrible. Not only were they rude, but they never get our order right. They gave me a BELT (bacon, lettuce, tomato, and egg sandwich) when I asked for a everything bacon bagel. The order itself was rung up right but made wrong. My friends food was stale and our drinks were made wrong as well. My friend asks if they have the chili every time, but they never do and are rude about it. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Do not go.
Terrible customer service, the gentleman that claims to be a manager is absolutely rude. You should be ashamed of yourself representing Tim Hortons. Instead of correcting my order I was told to have a nice day. They mess up your order and tell you to have a nice day. The business is losing customers because of the rude and Uneducated people they have working there. I wasn't able to get his name because when I asked for his name I was told to have a nice day.
So I ordered an everything bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. This is what I got, seriously? You can do better guys, oh and to the gentleman at the window. You've gotta cut those nails man!
RUDE customer service. Kept rushing us through our order. Got our order wrong AND then had the gall to tell us we were wrong and charge us for the correct order. Food and drinks were DISGUSTING. DO NOT GO HERE.

No bagels, donuts at 7am…seriously? Get some capable employees that actually do their job.
