The worst tim hortons ever i ordered four French vanilla the drinks were just like hot water I took them back they say the machine is broke we make it by hands which is not supposed to do that they should not selling it, and then they add just a powder and it was super thick drink and super sweet no one could drink it waste of money bad service.
Better than McDonald's (imo), but still mediocre fast food breakfast. This is some place I would go only once in awhile.To the owner: How can I contact you more directly? I would prefer to speak to you directly if that is an option.
Spnarky young people got the order wrong, a simply bagel sandwich and a coffee, nothing complex. Brought it to their attention they became oddly very defensive. We simply asked them to make as ordered, they charged extra money to fix the order. Insane. Coffee was more cream than coffee, asked for it to be made to order, they insisted it was ordered as given. I spoke with the manager, just as bad as the employees. No apologies, just attitude.Service industry has died.
While most other cafes and coffee shops have been long open for dining in, Tim Horton's (at least this location) isn't. I remember enjoying bringing in my laptop for some work and coffee, but not anymore.The last time I remember going in there was Fall of 2020.And to make it worse, they close at 3 now. And for some reason, do not have strawberry filled (jelly) doughnuts.I like this place, and I still go to their drive through at least twice a week, but I really hope it goes back to how it was.
Ordered a grilled cheese I think I paid 5 bucks for it I bought it at 2pm 03-15-22 the bread was in bad shape but the cheese wasn't even melted nor was the bread even toast. I'm upset.
Easy drive through, friendly professional service, Very good, hot coffee, delicious sour cream donuts. @ 2:30 pm.
One of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve visited, and I’m quite a regular at many stores. Terrible customer service, they cannot get even a simple coffee order correctly made, always out of stock of items, minimal hours, and overall just bad experience.
This place was my favorite Tim Horton’s, recently raised their bagel price by $1 compared to other Tim Horton’s and they now make you put your own cream cheese on the bagel. Won’t be coming back to this location… ever
I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and this is what I ended up getting. A toasted bagel with a package a cream cheese. I spent aver 3 dollars for this disappointment. I wish I would have checked before I went all the way home.
Seems like it's hit or miss. Sometimes it's excellent service sometimes they're just kind of Snappy and act like they don't want to have nothing to do with you
