Had to argue over sauce.. I understand having a set amount of sauce you give out per item.. But really 1 packet.. That's nothing, but my biggest argument is that when you ask for a certain amount of sauce knowing what you need they still fight to give it to you! I'm sorry but if I ask for 8 mild sauce and I'm spending over $11 that shouldn't be an issue! We all know 1 packet isn't enough for an entire item! I didn't think 8 was asking to much!!
Its fast food and can be hit or miss. This location is my lunchtime go to. 90% of the time its very good.
They look at you weird and instead greeting you they say "you can use the kiosk." I heard one guy say "I'm sorry it's going to be await, we have to get these people with all these chicken orders out the way" As he looked at us. It wasn't our fault you forgot things in his order and people in the drive through had massive orders of chicken.
Best taco bell I ever been to. They knew how to cook and prep our food. Everywhere else ppl seem to be to lazy.
Their service at that location is second to none! They were 100% on point!
Really needs a sign on the speaker when you guys are closed on days any other taco bell would be open. People sit there forever waiting.

My first ever fast food review cause let's face it, not much expectations from fast food but have to say this. If you're going to allow 10 cars in a line at the drive thru at 8:55 pm and google says you're closed at 10 and all your lights are on. Do us a favor and as each car pulls up to order food, politely say you're closed so cars aren't stuck in between cars for 35 mins. Possible the worst most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Congratulations to your two employees working that night
They always ask me to review them and I don’t because I have nothing nice to say. But, they keep asking me too so here it goes. I got a taco with just cheese in it, thought it was a prank. There replacement taco was wrong too and they gave me coupons to come back and every time I did to use a coupon the order was messed up. I don’t understand. It’s not that difficult to remember what goes on a taco, it’s the same ingredients pretty much throughout the menu. I just got a taco today and the ratio of meat to lettuce was so off, looked like a wrap with just lettuce.
This fast food place cares about you and your food! Adam N is so great, whenever we come through the drive thru and see him, we know everything will be correct and taken care of. I wish I could clone some of the workers from this Taco Bell and put them in other stores and places where the service has just sucked.
