I wanted to give a ZERO, but there is no option to do so.I walked in through unlocked door to order. Many lazy workers were inside, but non came up to take my order. After waiting for 5 minutes, I asked one of the lazy guys if they are open. I was then told that the dinning room was closed and orders must be by App or drive through. Why would the doors be left unlocked if the dinning room was closed?There were 5 people inside servicing one customer in the drive through. Strange place. Stay away from this TACO HELL.
I love Taco Bell but not this location. Every time we order from here it's a mess. Usually we order on the app and choose the option to pick it up inside so it's ready when we get there. Once in a while that goes as planned. Usually not. The most recent order we arrived to pick it up at 8:30. The doors were locked so we drove to the drive through where we were told they were closed. Their posted hours are until 9 and why would the app allow us to order if they were closed? Answer, they are closing early due to staff problems. I get it, things are different not post COVID and wouldn't have thought twice if this had been the first time with an issue here. There are plenty of other locations, avoid this one!
The girl working tonight, first suggested u go to another taco bell because it was cash only. I pointed out that I was not going to do that, taco bell is for convenience, that is not convenient.She did give me my food for free. I ended up feeling bad...that's good customer service. She's awesome, I know things are hard. Thank you.
Litterally the worst. Ordered a crunchwrap box with beefy 5 layer +steak. First off they gave me chicken instead of steak. ok, took it back, they fixed it. whoo hoo. Well i get home and bite into the crunchwrap( i have not had one in like a year or two) , holyshit. It was so bad. Idk what they did to the recipie, but its super effed. The crunchwrap is your flagship product. What i ate the other day is not acceptable, even for taco bell. I mean my expectations were low, but holy jesus you did not fail to dissapoint. ???
Always prompt and accurate orders. Lots of options for my vegan family. Friendly staff. App rewards are a plus!
Dry cold and nasty. Burritos were pretty much have dried up rice and one of the burritos weren’t even closed it was like my 5 year old niece rolled it worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had won’t be coming back
Enployees no longer taking your inside. You have to use their machine to place an order. Avoid eating at this tacobell
They could get a higher score if they would actually make the tacos supreme after charging me for it.
Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell of All-Time. For the better half of a decade every time my order is either wrong or it’s someone else’s. Same thing again tonight. I went back to get my order fixed. Checked to make sure everything was right and asked for HOT sauce. Got home and saw he gave me FIRE sauce. Maybe they were out of Hot? Doesn’t matter would have gotten Mild instead of fire. I ate one item fine then went to the Quesadilla and was highly disappointed. Shredded Cheese??? If I had known they weren’t gonna use that delicious creamy jalapeño sauce I wouldn’t have gotten the quesadilla. This location for a decade has been consistently HORRIBLE. Go to the location on Dequindre at Long Lake. You might wait a whole lot longer. (Because they have built a very loyal strong customer base) They will get it right for you!!! (Customer Service goes a long way even in this industry) Don’t waste your time, money, effort here.
