Avoid this Taco Bell, there is no management or owner oversight, the employees have no idea on what is going on. Worst TB in Michigan. Waited tonight behind 2 cars for over 20 minutes, gave up and left after ordering. My fault because I know this TB is horrible but I live near it and thought they can't be as bad as usual at 8:15 pm, but they exceeded their usual incompetence. I will stop going, hopefully others will too, maybe it will be fail and be sold to someone who knows anything about restaurant management.
Any time I've ordered from here either something is missing or totally wrong. If it's after 8pm, don't expect service from this location, not only have I been told they are closed at the drive thru, but I've had orders cancelled through GrubHub an hour before their marked closing time. Would not recommend this location. If you want better service, I'd recommend the one on crooks, it's worth the drive.
Here are the pro's and cons. Pro, the food was very good. Pro, it is very close to me. Cons and there are some. Con, I ordered my food from the kiosk. I was totally ignored. I finally got rung up. Con, it took quite a while to receive my order. The staff continued to talk to each other awhile my order was still on the board. I understand that they are short staffed. But, my order should be completed before talking with other staff. Also, the drive thru orders were completed before me.
Worst taco bell I've ever experienced. There's always some problem and they always take forever. This time, the 12 cars in front of me all placed their orders just fine, it comes to me and I'm told to hold for a moment, no problem. Finally the guy comes back and tells me the servers are down so they can't take anymore order tonight. Never seen or heard anything like that before.
As Taco bells go, this is a great one. Friendly competent staff, fast, accurate and the food is appropriate with good portions. Yes, they all are supposed to be the same but some are worth going to, like this one. Everything is clean and appropriate inside. Recommend
Ordered 6 CRUNCHY Taco Supreme. Gave me bag...felt different but was told it was as ordered. We NEVER order soft shell, Do NOT like them. Next time will DOUBLE check.....But won't be anytime soon.

They put there prices up again. Seems to match the food court prices inside great lake crossing which is ridiculous.$2.60 for the new nationally advertised $2 burritos. And of the 5-6 local ones I go to this has always been sub par by comparison.

Working close by this is the only place to stop on my way home. Tonight there was a line of cars wrapped around the building, waiting the usual 15-20 minutes to get through the line. No one answered the intercom, The lights were on and employees were inside and no one was helping anyone or at least informing us they were closed.
