Great place. Other than I came in last week and older lady on her phone completely ignored me and walked in the back and never came back out I left. Came back yesterday ( Thursday ) afternoon to a younger girl who was so professional about it and apologized and even gave me a free cookie to apologize. If you go try to go in the afternoon to see her she is wonderful and only way I go is if she is working ?? Other workers are rude
The person (lady) was so rude. No manners at all.she don’t know if customers walk in the store, greeting them well. No hi, thank you nothing. She is in so much hurry to make a sandwich. I would not go again this store.
Worst experience ever the staff( i assume she is owner) is very miser she even doesn’t offer napkins and all the dressing and meat is very low on sandwich
I tried to order a cold cut and the meat was supposed to be pink but she insisted that she gave me the brown meat that had layers of pink meat under it. Very nasty and refuses to take it off
I've visited this Subway a few times and the experience is usually good. They have a divider up for Covid and social distancing stickers on the ground. The food is usually fresh. The lady behind the counter when I go is usually the same and is really nice. When I went today I took a coupon for the first-time. The usual lady was there and looked at the coupons in my hand but didn't say anything. I was waiting in line behind (3) people and when there was (1) person left in front of me, I noticed that there was a sign saying they don't take coupons at all. It was small and on the casing for the fresh vegetables. There were no signs anywhere else. I've had tons of coupon issues with Subway even though the coupons come in the mail directly from Subway themselves and we follow all the exclusion rules and expiration dates. Getting annoyed with them at this point. Seems as if a lot of the stores just try to deny the coupons just because of laziness. I cannot say that that is what this is but it is frustrating to say the least. There were no masks on any customer or workers unfortunately when I visited today 11/1/2021. I was not greeted either but the woman greeted both men in front of me like they were regulars. She also greeted a Doordash driver who came in. Pretty much ignored me.After seeing the coupon sign, I walked out and left.

amazing customer service. very sweet lady up front.
Ordered through the app, Meatballs were frozen after supposedly being warned up twice. Requested different sandwich for replacement, was denied and instead offered ham or turkey, due to chicken teriyaki being too expensive. Hopefully the dollar of savings is worth another bad review.
Subs are great. Always go for foot long meatball marinara with all the spicy hot stuff on it (jalapenos, habaneros, pickles, olives, chipotle sauce, buffalo sauce, etc.), it'll turn you into a fire breathing dragon every time you eat there... Knights in shiny armor not required. The staff and owners are friendly too. Overall, great place to eat.
Went in and said Hello how are you. Lady just stood there and stared at me. Ordered a sub and she kept trying to decide for me, which I can make my own decisions. Very unfriendly.
