Hello Starbucks corporate. I hope you read these. If not, hello store management. You folks have hired a queen to be simply put. Vanessa is a beautiful soul. I believe coffee is the key to a woman’s heart and Vanessa is living proof of that. Not only did I have the morning from hell, I didn’t know just how bad it was until my stomach grumbled and I realized my lunch was sitting at Starbucks. When I called, your queen Vanessa answered the phone and told me I could come right in and she would help me get everything situated. She did just that. She helped my day get back on track- even so late in the day (it took me 3.5 hours to realize the dilemma). Thank you for hiring this wonderful human. And please never let her go.-Taylor
This location was very busy when I arrived, they seemed to be short staffed but they really cranked out our order very quicklyand kept their composure despite the sudden rush. Ivy and Kate were the employees on at the moment and they really did an awesome job of handling the early afternoon rush, I didn't have any cash on hand this trip but I'll be going back to make sure I leave a tip for them.
Very friendly staff. I always order a triple extra dry cappuccino, which is basically espresso and just foam. Not the most common drink I guess because about 4 out of 10 they have to redo it because it's too heavy, meaning too much milk, should just be the foam if it's an extras dry. I wish they could automate this. I'm a pain in sure but I pay 5.67 so it should be exact. Nevertheless, they will always go out of their way to make it right. Very good service, have much respect for the baristas, I'm sure it can be stressful. Always come back to this location because of the positive vibe.
Crowded because next to Santa setup. But drink was good

I placed my frap ahead of time. I got there and it was on the counter for me already. Luckily it looked like it just got done. Tasty and quick!
I have been to Starbucks all over the county and never had a problem like I have at this location I just recently tried going for the 3rd time just to have my order wrong again and had to wait 30ish minutes in total for my 2 drinks. This location is laughable and embarrassing
I work in the Village and I'm at this location sometimes twice a day, almost every day. Everyone that works here is so kind. I've never had an issue with mobile or in store order. I applaud everyone here for what they do.
The baristas are always friendly. I rarely have a mix up with my drink. They are constantly working nonstop. I gotta give it to these girls!!! They are awesome!!!
