Super friendly girl at the drive thru window and my iced coffee was delicious as always.
I’ve mobile ordered a few times from here and it never seems to be right. Slightly frustrating when you’re paying $5 or more for a coffee. This morning I received an iced macchiato instead of hot. I was not the one to pick it up so I was unable to correct it in the moment. But regardless, slow down to ensure people are getting what they pay for please.
I got a grande caffe mocha and it was brought to me quickly and it was definitely hot! Loved it!
With COVID concerns, I understand some places are short staffed. However, if I’m going to be waiting in long lines to spend money I also worked long and hard for, the least I expect is for my order to be correct. Even if I order ahead it takes forever and the orders are wrong. You then have to decide to request the correct order ( another 20 minutes minimum) or deal with what you were given. Slow business should at least be efficient. This is one of the nicer Starbucks so it would be greatly appreciated if the service matched.
Don't go to this Starbucks. Drive the extra mile or of the way to go to another one. There's always an insane wait time. I placed a mobile order a half hour ago and I'm still waiting. This is not the first time either. I apparently have not learned my lesson. Learn from my mistakes and go to any other location.

This store chooses its own hours. You just never know what you're going to get on a given day. Luckily there's a Starbucks across M-59 that stays true to their hours.

Every time I visited this location, I got fast service and good conversation, which is all I can ask for out of a coffee place. There's always going to be a wait time, as Starbucks stores are constantly busy, but I also have plenty of places to sit as you wait.
