I was very disappointed in my pizzas. The personal pan was over cooked. It was only cheese and most of that was close to burnt. The crust of mine was tough, not impressed w the sauce and I don't think that they could get the ham much thinner. I use to eat papa's several times a week from this store, I live far away now and had to go to Rochester so I thought after a day of painting I'd treat myself. I doubt that u will return to this store
Went in today for a pita sandwich and was was greeted by a lovely woman and man. They explained they are under new management and were so grateful I was there. Sandwich was very good too!
Haven’t gone to this place in ages but found out today it’s now ran by new owner. They really treat you like their own family and are very friendly. Will be getting my pizza from here way more often
This is one of the best experiences I have gotten from a pizza shop the new owners running the place treated me really well the pizza was delicious and their pitas were amazing my family loved the food I am definitely going back to grab food from their again the hospitality was amazing and the food was delicious
Ever since the owners of this franchise toke over, five stars is not enough to describe the hospitality and the quality of the food is just perfect I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to go to this place , I’ve had other pizzas and this is the best one I’ve had.
After finishing school at Oakland university I went andvisited papa Romano's to grab an XXL pizza for me andmy family the food was served fast and was very hotwhen i got home I was able to still eat it hot without itgetting cooled down during the way but most importantly most times my stomach hurts when getting pizza from some places especially Little Caesars but not only was the food delicious but I'm super happy that it didn't bug my stomach in any way and make it hurt I'm definitely coming back again to this place for more pizza but also for those pita sandwiches!!
Normally this place is good, but we just called to order a pizza and they said they were closed just cause they didn't have any delivery drivers I think. We couldn't hear very well cause they were quiet but we were just going to pick it up and wasn't asking for delivery. I think just cause you don't have any drivers you should still stay opened for those that wanna just pick up from the restaurant.
Love the new management. Pizza was fresh the workers are very nice and welcoming. Will definitely be coming here more often.

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE - Worst run pizza place I’ve ever been to. Told 7in for delivery, after 2 hrs called and they said it was on its way out the door. Live 5 min away, when it didn’t arrive after another 40min called back and was told wouldn’t be able to deliver it.I’d go on about my other horrible experiences with this place but writing a novel isn’t worth my time. We love Papa Romano’s it’s too bad the other location (@Crooks &75) isn’t allowed to deliver to us.
