Order on grub hub pizza was not even made 20 mins later terrible has goje down hill so much 1 star is too high
I placed an order and was missing a soda called them and they had the driver stop at a local store and bring it to me. That's customer service guarantee

Pathetic service, l ordered a large veggie pizza, by default it should be with 5 toppings, they missed black olives on it which was one of my favorite topping, they made me wait another 20mins for remaking the pizza, since I had made already the payment I had no option left rather than waiting again very very unprofessional behavior as well.
My son and I ordered a Shak a Ronie pizza, The piazza was ok it did have pliantly of peperoni, the crust was a little over done a little black but not bad,it was just over all did not have much or any flavor, the pizza was bland,I will not be ordering from Papa Johns anytime soon when there are so many other places with much better Pizza.
Worst Pizza place in Rochester Hills. I placed an online order for 5 topping Pizza for carry out. When I got the pizza home, there were hardly any toppings. The order was also missing the garlic sauce which I ordered.
I waited for a carry out order and saw two other customers with complaints about their orders in the 15 minutes I was in the building. The person behind the counter refused to correct either problem saying that "the owner" wouldn't allow it. I was also charged regular menu price of $18 dollars on a one topping carry out instead of the advertised price of $7.99 because, of course, "the owner doesn't accept those coupons" This place is a scam. If you can't afford to do business the proper way, close your doors and save customers the headache of being bullied because your the only Papa Johns in town. I will be avoiding this restaurant at all cost. What a shame.
I am Disappointed with Papa John's Rochester Hills MI. I had a valid pre paid Groupon voucher that was still good for 2 large pizzas but was told they no longer accept them. I came a long way to this location. Why would they just stop taking this voucher??? Also Disappointed with Corporate Papa John's for not taking the proper action in taking care of this matter! Appearently they are only thinking of the bottom line and not taking care of the customers. They belong on the bottom!!!
Great service and good food. I really enjoyed it. I will definitely go back.
