Giving a 3 star because they weren’t done when the order would be done, and I was on a time crunch. When I got the order to the office none of the sandwiches were labeled as you can see. There were no plates, and not enough utensils for everyone. Made it slightly difficult when had to go back out and get some. If you place a catering order make sure to double check the whole order before leaving. What made it worse couldn’t take it back to location as it was 20 minutes away from where I was taking it to.
The staff is friendly and polite. The place is clean.They did a good job preparing the bagels that I got for breakfast but then when we went back for lunch and I ordered Fuji Apple Salad with chicken, I was disappointed. There was barely chicken in there! There were probably 2-3 small pieces of chicken in my salad.Panera bread needs to reconsider how they serve food!!

The staff was not well trained and didn't care about customer service at all. I said I wanted mixed pastries and they said sure go pick what you want. They did not come with me to pick they stayed at the cash and I had to go back and forth 3 times. Then I asked for a box of coffee to go and they groaned audibly and said they need 20 minutes and I would have to wait. I said no problem. They groaned again and finished 5 minutes. They wanted me to leave.
How am I supposed to eat a salad with this much dressing?? Are you kidding me?… $11 salads and 0.25oz of dressing is what you get.
The cafe associates were polite, friendly and capable. The manager leaves a bit to be desired. They were wiping out the sandwich line while making my sandwich with the same gloves. That is gross. When i brought it to their attention the manager was argumentative. Seeing as I wanted dinner and not an argument, I declined and asked for a refund. I was refunded the wrong amount and was shorted 83 cents. Gave 2 stars because the cafe team was nice
Everything was delicious! Best broccoli cheese soup around! The Cinnamon crunch latte was yummy too!!
The counter service was really great. The attendant was happy and professional. The eating area was clean and well maintained.

Out running errands during the holiday season, I was looking something fairly quick for lunch. I've been to this Panera Bread several times through the years and have never been disappointed. So I was happy to stop here again. Their Broccoli Cheese has always been a favorite of mine, and this bowl did not disappoint. Paired with an Asian Chicken Salad and a French Baguette, the soup was delicious and filling. The salad was just the right combination of greens, chicken, croutons, and dressing! The meal certainly hit the spot!! The cashier was friendly; the serving staffer was friendly and even wished me a happy holiday as I picked up my order.
