rude employees. no bacon, little bagels, little bread at 10a.m.. we will not go back. for some reason I am unable to choose the amount of stars I prefer. interesting....
Employees seem very distracted. I was the only one in line with only 2 customers in the restaurant. The girl at the register was on her phone. I tried to get her attention to no avail. Other employees saw me and said nothing. I had to ask the kitchen for help. After about 3 to 4 minutes, she saw me. Poor customer service. First and last time at this location.
Food was fine. Hard to find a table that wasn't dirty. This was true at both Rochester Hills locations. Bathroom also dirty. Won't be returning.
Every time I come here the staff is completely rude ! They make a simple mistake on there end and act like you are the one that made the mistake .. I got a iced latte and breakfast wrap that took 20 mins ! Idk why they are fully staffed no one was in front of me they only had a few people in the lobby ! Panera has really gone down ! I hope another company moves in the plaza with a coffee !
Spent 40 minutes in your restaurant today for toasted begal with cream cheese. Half hour in-im told they're out of begal.Stood back in line got money back and left.
Dine-in service is not quit predictable. We try to get together with some friends in this store in the weekend. Their website shows that they offer dine-in service 7 days a week. I also double checked with their manage by phone during the weekday and he did the same conformation. However, in this morning (Saturday, 2/12/2022), we went to this Panera Bread store and the dining hall was closed and offered only drive-through service (though their website still indicate that they provide dine-in service). Look like we are going to find other coffee stores for our gathering.
It was my first time in that location. I walked in hoping to place my order inside. I was with my daughter and was distracted. I did not read the signs on the door or windows. When I was at the register, no one was there. I then suspected there was no dine in. When someone seen us at the register, that persons body language was not positive. He told us there was no dine in and we would have to go through the drive in. The manner in which he spoke was very distasteful and rude. That persons behavior was enough for me to never go there again.
Poor customer management. No information was given about my order, so I ended up waiting a long time when it wasn't needed, just for a coffee.
With help from manager, I found I am a visitor, to sign in my order on computer, or pay a fee less than 10$ a month for unlimited coffee choices. Has a drive up window.
Love the dining area of this Panera with a warm fireplace to sit by on cold days. Use the kiosk to order. They are easy to use and make it easier on the few people working. Unfortunately, there aren't enough workers here so service at front desk will be a wait.
