This Panda Express is ridiculous. Not only are the prices higher but the portions are much smaller. Instead of 2 pieces of chicken for chicken teriyaki you now get 1. Also the "chicken" was fatty. The container of extra sauce which used to be 1/2 full is now 1/4 full. I understand post pandemic struggles but you can't raise prices reduce portions and serve inferior food.
It was nice, food was good and the location was not full. The staff wore masks while gathering my food.
I come here once a week. They often make mistakes on my orders. I asked for sauce on the side for the teriyaki chicken. And they hadn’t given it to me twice already.
We love to come here and buy the food but the chow mien is always either undercooked or burned. So if your chef could take a note on that would be well appreciated.
I just had a HORRIBLE experience at this store. Their chow mein noodles were all scattered and broken, so my husband politely asked if they were making any fresh ones. They said a 4-5 minute wait, so we said we were going to wait. And this guy named Stephen came over and practically yelled at us that the chow mein was fresh and their new one will be the same and that they were BUSY. All we wanted to do is wait for the fresh chow mein?! We didn’t even ask for anything! I’m 9 months pregnant and I don’t need to be yelled at, especially when I haven’t done anything wrong. If whoever in charge of the store is reading this review, please train your employees so your long-time customers don’t get treated unfairly.
It was great, today I went with the whole family, food was with great flavor and the guy in the register, apparently the main person in charge, was very friendly and helpful, we had a great time after Xmas
There was about a a 15 min wait, due to timing (Breaks), but this site clearly made up for it with skill. Food is crunchy where you would want crunchy, fresh, and friendly and energetic service. Would like to give a shout out to employee Richard, who is Obviously team leader material. Give him a raise!
This was my first time at this location. I was so dissopointed. The moment we arrived there was a line but I didn't mind the wait. Once we got to order the young lady coudn't really hear us bc of how loud the workers were. My sister and i got the wrong items bc they were in such a rush to keep the line moving. Once we got to the register we told him we were paying seperate. He had the nerve to tell us "How about you guys pay together and then pay each other back." Let me just say I have worked in the food industry for many years and I know for a fact when you work nice and steady you get things moving faster and done right!
Amazing service. Great food Quailty. One of the employees “Richard” was very tentative, caring and showed what a it means to go above and beyond. Would recommend this particular restaurant over any other Panda Express.
It's fast food Chinese takeout, what more can I say.
