Food was good, especially the Hani sandwich and the fries. Service was good even though it was busy.
Gave it a 2 star for location and ambience and fries, chilis tasted old, food does not live up to the menu or web photos.
Great food. And waitress was very nice. First time going out to eat since covid inside a restaurant. So glad it was a great experience.
We enjoy coming here when we need something quick. The staff is always very friendly and haven't ever had any issues with the food.
They were short staffed of course, the lady there did an outstanding job of waiting on all the tables, ringing everyone up, taking care of carryout and had a great attitude!
I ordered curbside pickup yesterday at 6:30 pm then arrived at the store & called in at 6:40 pm to let them know I was there if/when my order was ready. First I was put on hold for over 5 minutes so I hung up and called back two more times because no one was answering. Finally the 3rd time after many rings I go through & was told in a rude manner that they were waiting on my food and it would be out shortly. Proceeded to wait about 18 more minutes so I went inside. There were two servers and as I waited by the door I watched as at least two servers, a manager, and a cook reached around a carry out bag sitting on their counter several times and no one was interested in finding out where it goes. After several minutes of standing at the counter, they asked if I needed help. Once they found out, I was given my bag of food that had been sitting on the counter for at least 20 minutes. After explaining the full situation to the manager and he verified that the food was made shortly after my order time of 6:30 pm, well it's now about 7:15 pm. I had to ask them to remake the old food which the manager did and I appreciate it. Lastly, I should have checked my bag before leaving but part of my order was cheese fries with cheese on the side...well I got the fries in the bag with the main food and instead of cheese, I got an order of some kind of soup wrapped up in a separate smaller bag. Overall it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
The Staff- outstanding! Amanda! Jamie I cannot thank you enough for the fast, efficient service today when I needed to be bailed out of a jam!100 hot dogs, 50 plus burgers--in just about an hour, and taking care of guests in the restaurant! You went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated it.Thank you!

Good food for a reasonable price. I generally avoid chains but I like this one.
The waitress was kind and polite and the food was great. And the restaurant was clean.
