It's hit or miss here. The majority of the time I get okay service, hence 3 stars which is labeled as "it's okay". Sometimes the service really sucks, but then other times there will be a worker that just goes above and beyond. I think the majority of the issue is that they are either understaffed or there are so many new employees that no one really knows what they're doing.
Whomever worked the drive thru window is EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. After trying to place an order for 10 minutes I pulled off. She keep charging me for stuff I never asked for and making my total way more than it should be then told me I should know why my meal was 11.48??? I asked for a filet fish meal. She makes it large and then adds a shake then charges me for the fry and pop. I won’t be back!
Friendly and fast drive thru service. Meals are hot and fresh. Love the sweet tea, at this location. Definitely sweet.
Ordering through the app has No benefit at this McDonald’s. Ordered a coffee for curbside pick up and it took them 25 minutes to deliver it outside. I had to call them to have them start making my cappuccino. The store manager was Daisy and she never acknowledged her mistake. This starts protesting your order when you call. Not when you hit “I am here” in the app. Need better services and English speaking staff for McDonald’s in the city of Rochester hills!
Whenever I stop here it is just to grab a cheap drink or because I am desperate and it is all I have time for or money but even McDonalds is going up in price. Most of the time the food is cold or they mess up the order. The food is only good if it is hot and that is a stretch.1
They repeat your order. But unfortunately when you get your food it is not what you have ordered. 3rd time this has happen in 2 weeks.
Was able to order and get my food all in under 5 mins and no mistakes. Fast service and good customer service. Will go back to this place for future food and drinks
As long as the hash browns are fresh and hot and the Coke is icy and carbonated it's usually a good visit. This was a good visit.
Way more expensive than all the other McDonald's nearby. The prices they told us at the window were totally different than their online menu. And what happened to $1 drinks??
The last few times I’ve been through the drive thru , I ordered my meal with a coke and got dr. Pepper. I even ask the person at the window. They don’t understand English! Tonight I went there and ordered a quarter pounder meal with a large coke. They didn’t give me fries and when they did my burger and fries were cold. I ordered a large coke with my meal and got a Dr Pepper. I’ll never go back! People need to speak and understand English to work with the public.
