Made a mobile order for breakfast and Change over happened while I was in line.They could have told me no and had me order lunch, but instead they made it anyway.Not sure if that's normal, but either way I appreciate it. Would recommend.
This location sucks! They make their own hours, which change daily depending on the staffing issues that they have. On more than 1 occasion I’ve sat in the drive thru for minutes before realizing no one was even working- despite it being “open 24/7”. Also, the owner decides to close the dining area as convenient for her. If the drive thru line is too long, don’t bother going inside, because the owner will likely have locked the dining area doors. Go to the McDonald’s off Five Points Drive. Better service for sure!
McDonald’s not much more to say. No complaints at this location.
In the race to make the best chicken sandwich, McDonalds has opted for generic. All 4 times I've tried it, it has been mid.
Better than most McDonalds locations I've ever been to.
Polite and very fast service. Food was fast and fresh. I'd recommend this McDonald's to family and friends any day of the week.
The food tasted like old bland dirt. I can appreciate a business owner trying to make a profit but 3 month old fryer oil is not the way. Every single item of food was cold and had an awful aftertaste. At least they moved the drive through quickly so I could be disappointed just a little bit sooner:)
Prices keep going up and quality seems to keep going down. I know McDonald's is McDonald's and you shouldn't expect anything spectacular but it used to be real good for the price
Slowest McDonald's ever. Lobby closed after 7p. Don't go here if you're a door dasher. Saw at least 5 people turn around and leave. Waited in line for over an hour and my customer cancelled their dash and I couldn't get out of the drive thru.
Michael's energy was amazing. He was kind, energetic and funny. We had a terrible experience at Starbucks just before. Check the Google reviews there and you'll get the full story. I even plugged your McDonald's. This team was great and showed world-class customer service
