I will be calling to speak to the general manager because the cashier working this shift in the am on Sunday morning needs to be fired!!!After all this- I still got charged for the food. I never got the food! I was waiting in curbside for 30 MINUTES no joke and they never brought the food so I left, and when I left they still charged me. My husband called to speak to the General Manager or the GMs phone number and the lady on the phone said “oh I don’t have that”… yeah they definitely have it, I’ve worked in fast food and I know they have to be able to provide that phone number.I will be calling back to get my refund. Won’t ever go to this McDonald’s again
Sometimes you drive up and nothing happens, workers in the building but won't take your order in the drive-thru. Today we pull up, order one of the 4 items we're ordering, and get a constant "is that all. Anything else. Did you say something. Is that all", we couldn't even speak! Husband ordered an iced coffee black, and knows to be very clear about not wanting sugar, flavoring or cream. When we get to the window it's made wrong, and he politely says it's wrong. Woman at the window says "well you didn't tell us you wanted it black". No McDonald's I've ever been to has had service issues like this, like what?? How are you going to tell the CUSTOMER what they did and didn't say ?
I work near by and 9 times out of 10 if i come after 9:30 there’s always TERRIBLE service. The hours online say 24 but i know it’s 10:30 or 11. If I come anytime after 9:30 it’s either terrible service, terrible food and many times no one has even answered the mic or you get a “we’re closed” at 10pm??? like update your hours or post a sign. But tonight I swung in and waited in a large line just to get up to the mic at 10:10 to have the rude female employee go “drinks only, we have no food” what do you mean you have no food? Just straight up close then but I worked at mcdonald’s many years ago and that’s just a lie. Absolutely terrible customer service. Go down the street to the auburn mcdonald’s!
Worst McDonald’s this place needs to close down, I ordered through DoorDash twice and Uber eats. I had to drive over one day because they not only messed up my order but also my brothers who as autism. The workers there do not know how to read a screen properly. If you don’t want to do your job right than just close down and don’t work there.
Place the mobile order on April 15th around 1:30 got to the window the manager was handed me a coffee I said that wasn't not what I ordered and she was like well what did you order with an attitude. I said I had a mic trick in an immediate fry and she's like it's just a Michigan I said no it's a free fry on the mobile app and she would not let me finish my sentence she kept cutting me off not even sure how she became a manager because her customer service sucks royaly...... I don't know why they think that they are privileged and they can speak to people however they want but they need to get rid of them all
Dined in with my family today. First off you have to use the kiosk to order food. You would think in the world of covid I should not have to touch a screen that everyone else has touched.Second of all I do not work here. I should not have to do the work. Why do they want $18/hr if I am doing the majority of the work.Third every single table in the dinning area is dirty. Nothing has been wiped clean. Floors are dirty counters are dirty.Guess this is my last time going to a McDonald's. If I need to do the work I will cook it myself at home.Time to just go to family owned diners again.
I go there each morning for a fast breakfast before work. Gets my family a little extra time together. The whole staff here is awesome. I got to know many of them. They're great, prompt, and orders are accurate!
Great fresh and juicy double cheese burgers and crunchy nuggets every lunchtime visit. Use the McDonalds app for easy ordering and deals.
Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. 3 PM on a weekday and the incompetent people here have the drive-thru backed up 20 deep. Gave me the wrong order. Could not find my order (#7 value meal - about as simple as you can get). Brought it to my car. No drink. I asked where it was, and the employee told me she didn't take my order. I asked if she ever had a value meal without a drink. She walked away. Absolutely horrible service.
Absolutely the worst location in the area. Very slow service and food is rarely even close to fresh. Was Given wrong drink with order “Diet Coke instead of regular” I was told to pull up for a drink LOL Waited nearly 5 minutes and the drink never come out ended up leaving empty-handed. They obviously have no Care about peoples time And secondly fresh food.-5 stars ⭐️
