Service was great and nice seeing people who care about there customers. We were greeted by a lady employee which was really nice to us and said “you can sit anywhere’s. Then was waited on a young lady who we were talking to said she went to Oakland University. She was very nice and professional. It’s nice to go to a place and be treated like a customer where other places we get treated so poorly. Keep up the good work.
I order breakfast some mornings if I have time. I order off their website, I pay for a cab to get to work. Of course as soon as you order they take your money. So when my cab stops for me to pick up my food, Leo's hasn't received the order. I got an email confirmation. So i tell them it doesn't matter I can't wait, i have a cab outside, give me my money back. They refused and made me wait. The manager was at least nice but the waitress, which i had already tippped was nasty. Maybe she can afford to pay my cab fare while I wait?
Pay your staff. Automatically adding tips to online orders with no 0% option means you just don’t pay them. Tips are for table service . Cooking food is their job. So stop guilting customers with this disgusting practice! Pay your employees ! This one star review is because of the management , the lovely staff that works here should all find jobs elsewhere. Will not come here again , I dont support terrible wages that keep your employees on a hamster wheel of working there with no chance to get ahead in life. Your food isn’t good enough to cover up the moral guilt of your embarrassing wages. Employees here should look around and see what a wage respectful of human life looks like
Went here with my wife and another couple...we all loved the food. I think the breakfast was awesome (took a minute b4 the waitress came back to check) and the restaurant was clean and nice.
They are the worst they charge you for every condiment on the menu and give you NONE! Their employees obviously don't know how to read tickets! Terrible service EVERY time!
Decided to actually sit down at the restaurant and eat instead of doing carry out like normal. It’s open seating so we pick at table and sit down. 5 minutes pass and a waitress stops by and says”I’ll be right with you” and then proceed to take the order of two other table that came in after us, another 5 mins go pass and another still no service so we got up and left.
Horrible! Food came cold, had to ask for more coffee. Cooks using microwave to reheat customers food. Hair in my food and when I went to pay for my food, tried educating them about health codes and the cashier was more concerned with taking phone calls and refused to address my concerns AT ALL. All the cooks did not wear gloves nor wear hair nets with overgrown out of control hair. Except one cook. DO NOT BOTHER TO EAT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING AERVED FILTH!
Best food in town. Roxy is amazing, deserves a raise. She's always in an amazing mood and happy to help!
Good people work well. They have lots of waiters. the menu's is large and you can eatbreakfast, lunch or dinner. You well like this place.
While few customers will wear a mask, most everyone stayed their distance, so that was ok. Food is always good.
