Ordered the Greek Salad. Big plate small salad...waitress was a 3 out of 5. Their creamy Greek dressing with the dill on the salad was really good very nice addition. I will try it again. Use the rear door as there is more parking in the back of the strip mall.
Good food and not bad on the prices but the service is not all that good. And they was not busy
Sign says open at 9 am and door was locked at 9:08. Person inside didn't even acknowledge us.
We ordered our food which took forever to get and the salad which we had already eaten had hair in it, which we had to buy a whole new salad dressing for because the one they gave us was disgusting. At one point the restaurant locked the doors to slow the flow of customers entering because they were “busy”. The other employees were super rude and were unhelpful. They had no silverware so we had to go next door to a Jersey Miles to get some. Props to jersey mikes for being prepared.
Was taken aback by a staff member when my wife and kids and I walked in at 720pm and told they were no longer seating because they closed at 8. Feel free to check your cameras. Its 2/28/2022 @ 720pm. We turned around and walked out with 2 very sad hungry little boys. Will not be back (and we "were" regulars). That said past experiences were wonderful.. sorry but this deserves a 1 star.
2021 was an extremely hard year for me and for many others as well but Kerby’s was a place I could clear my head and take a moment for myself. The food is great and it’s always clean! The staff at Kerby’s is the friendliest group of people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting over my visits and they each made an effort to remember my name and order. I love it here, I hope you will too!
Discovered watery substance on top of my to go ranch cup. When slowly dumped out it had the consistency of spit.. will not be back unfortunately
Just walked out after waiting 15+ mins to be seated. No one even approached me and I waited by the sign to be seated. Another customer walked up and was addressed promptly. About 5 or 6 servers walked right past me and didn’t even ask if I needed help. Customer service goes A LONG WAY even if the food is subpar. I would recommend hiring friendly staff. Will not be returning back to this rude establishment:)
Can't argue with 2/$2.99 chilli dogs. Entertaining staff.
