Top-notch Subs. Top-notch customer service. I don't have much else to say about them except I will continue to go here rather than other places in the area when I am wanting a sub
I'm glad to see many other reviews that reflect how wonderful the staff at this particular location are. Katie and Julie always make me feel welcome when I walk in, and always impress me by remembering my order. The food here is always fresh and it's always clean in this location. I hope that Jersey Mike's takes as good care of wonderful staff like this, as their wonderful staff does their customers.
I go to this location all the time. I always tip and am very respectful towards any person servicing me. Unfortunately, last night the general manager (a woman that refused to give her name) was SO mean. I came to find out her name is Katie. I was absolutely shocked at the way she treated me. They don't deserve any business from me ever again, if she's running that place with that kind of treatment towards her customers. I didn't do anything that warranted her mistreatment. I was already having a pretty bad day and the way she spoke to me just hurt me more.I asked her the difference between 2 Steak and Cheese subs. She said that she was busy and didn't have time to read me the menu. She should not be a manager or working with the public at all. I understand customers can be difficult but when you have a nice customer, you should treat them kind and appreciate them. We're already going through enough in life, we don't need to come across people like her. Shame on her for the way she treated me.
Katie and crew are absolutely delightful. We love getting our subs from this location.
I have been to many Jersey Mike’s locations around the area and I have to say the service and quality at this specific location blows the rest OUT OF THE WATER!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with authentic attention & respect and everyone working were extremely charismatic and kind!! Not only was the service outstanding, the sandwich was made very fast while still being quality. I don’t think I’ve had a better sub from Jersey Mikes from any other location prior! If you like Jersey Mikes do yourself a favor and come to this location and see for yourself.
Amazing subs and super friendly staff. The staff goes above and beyond, especially if you’re a first time customer. I recommend above all other sandwich shops.
Hannah made me my sandwich today. It was tasty! And she was so kind and asked me about my day she made my day 1000000x better. If everyone who works here is like Hannah I expect great things from this Jersey Mike's.
Too many online orders being fill for me to want to go to this location if you are there in person you shouldn't have to wait for online orders to be filled... this seems to be a growing trend at a lot of places and I just stop going to them
I got some boxed lunches for our workplace. Everything was great, Thanks Hunter, for helping me out with the order. I appreciate it. Good to know for next time.
