I start off really liking this pizza location.But it’s a no for me right now.I order at least 6 times outta the month the same order, lite pizza sauce and they always does the opposite. I’m starting to think they are doing it on purpose now. It’s b so much we can barely eat it. I love hungry Josie’s but the sauce lately been ?. Maybe I need to choose a cheat day with any pizza spot.
Great food! My order is always done on time. Kinda dissapointed that they no longer offer flavored crust.
Just a waste of money tbh got $20 worth of food and ended up paying $35 for delivery fees and whatnot mind you it's only 3.5 miles away. On top of that when your get delivery you expect it to be somewhat decent food because it's not like you can ask them to remake it but it was far from decent. They cheese melted out of the bread so it was just burnt cheese under the bread with a little bit of meat and the small calzone bread was indescribably bad. I can understand the price for short staffing and whatnot but bleh what a waste of 35 bucks. Being a die hard hungry Howie's lover it's hard when even dominos beats their quality. The OWNER needs to get a grip obviously looking at all these poor reviews in just the PAST month. Sucks private owned joints can really ruin the name.
The pizza was not anything special, and the flavored crust didn't seem much different than normal crust. I would not buy it again when I can but Jet's pizza
OK, we have been getting pizza from this location for 15+ years. We like their pizza, usually it is very good. The only thing that is upsetting and very disappointing that they cut the pizza where we specifically asked them not to. Why bother having our name in system with the phone number and instructions if you are going to mess up the order. Sometimes when they do cut it , we wait for another one to be made. The last couple of times I just walked out. I ordered the pizza at 4:35 pm on December the 14th. The girl who took my order told me it will be ready in 15 minutes. I informed her that I will be picking my order around 5:10 pm. I got there at around 5:23 pm. They had ample time to to remake another one. Either they thought it will pass, or they just do not listen.
Given this location two chances, first time they gave me a bread stuffed with the wrong ingredients, second time no flavored crust topping (which I normally wouldn’t care about but like you guys literally run your brand based on this) I know the location doesn’t care about this but won’t be ordering again, sad because the food was decent each time, but get the orders right. Please, also and this ultimately falls on the OWNER. Employees were nice
Ordered 4 lg. on Halloween, maybe first mistake trying this location on a holiday but did it anyways . 1 pizza burnt , none had the flavored crust on them . 1 pizza must of bubbled during cooking , ( happens when it’s not poked with aRoller normally) it caused the pizza in the middle to be bare no cheese or toppings. Even before all that we received the pizza 20 minutes later which was a scheduled pick up from a online order, they lost the pizzas somehow . I should of had them remake them and get fresh out the oven pizza . This is just my experience with ordering on a holiday . Probably good during the week I just wouldn’t take the chance with 15 people coming over if it a holiday .
Pizza was a bit burnt, did not enjoy it one bit. Go to downtown Rochester Hungry Howi instead in future. They make it better.
