While we were up there last listening to our good friends play music and rembering our good friend who passed away, Logan took great care of all of us! We had a rather large table and probably the busiest of them all, at that time. He was a little nervous as he's never had a large table like this before. He did SO WELL at taking care of us that he was supposed to go home and our table asked if he could stay, and they boss said yes!!!GREAT JOB, LOGAN!! The Lord definitely provides!!❤️??
Have been going to this location for years and recently it’s just not good. The service is slow and not sure what happened to the management but it’s awful. No help when the place it’s busy it seems like. Not a fan- going to try out other location
Great location, but the service sucks!! 2 bartenders can not run the bar. Not the first time we have waited over 20 minutes for a drink sitting at the bar. Place could be a gold mine if it was ran better.
What a great band they had. The food was good the service even better. We had a great time & we will be back soon.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We haven't been to Hamlin Pub in a very long time but I remembered their ribs were very good. I tried the brussel sprouts appetizer...Wow! Very tasty, cooked perfect and a whole lot to take home. We were in and out quick. Fed, happy and healthy too.
The first time we ordered from here is was carry out and the food was fantastic! Had dinner in tonight, and the service was unbelievable, fast, friendly and all around top notch. The tienkin location is literally around the corner from us, but we tried to order carry out once and they said they couldn't take orders... Sorry for them, we will drive to the Hamlin location EVERY time from now on! Fantastic job to all of their staff!
Enjoy the other Hamlin sites, but Rochester needs leadership help and training. Started at the bar and was surprised to be charged $18 for an Old Fashioned ... REALLY!! Slinging beer is cheap and easy, but you have a full bar so add some options. Dinner Server visited us about every 10 minutes ... so the runner brought out cold pasta since server didn't bring it when it was ready, took 10 minutes to send it back to be reheated, took another 10 minutes to bring it back out. My wife was finished and ready to go by the time I got my food. I added a star since the food and cocktail were actually very good ... hoping this site gets its act together.
I order from Hamlin Pub quite frequently, mostly from this location but after tonight I will not be back. I ordered a steak salad for pick up. The girl on the phone was awfully rude and in person everybody i encountered was rude and acted annoyed that i was in there to pick up my food. I paid with a card and the girl threw the receipt and a pen at me and said bye. Then i get home and the steak in my salad is raw, like bright red raw. Im very disappointed in my service i will not be returning to this location
I really don't recommend the fish dinner we paid 15 dollar was 4 tiny pieces of fish a little plastic portion cup of coleslaw fries the peices of fish looked like size of fish sticks and very greasy. I've been goin there for over 15 years never like this before
Bright open sports bar and good pub food. Lots of TV's , families and friends enjoying various games . Food was good , reasonable value and happy to visit again .
