Solo lunch visit. Great experience. Sat and ordered lunch at the bar . Jamie, my bartender-server was attentive, friendly, knowlegable. I ordered a salmon club sandwich and mushroom soup. Soup would have bern great but arrived oversalted. Jamie listened and took my comment back to the kitchen where she learned they were changing out the soup for a bew batch. She took that off my bill even though I said they did not need to. Sandwich was great. Nice serving of fresh salmon, thick slices of avocado, really smokey bacon. Great beer selection with a bartender who knew all that was offered behind the bar. I ask for crispy fries and got them. Skin on fries with solid potato taste vs frozen.
Loved it. The food choices were extremely good. I got the Philly Dip and it might be the best Philly I've ever eaten. Their beer choice is incredible as well. Everything was had was great. I've grown to expect delicious choices in beer from Griffin Claw but the food blew me away as well.
The beer is fantastic. The food is good. The service was good, too. Nothing was wrong with this place, but you might get the feeling that they could care less if you ever come back. The upside is that the place was nearly empty in the late afternoon, so you can sit anywhere you want. Located at the corner of M-59 and Crooks, two very busy roads
Place has great beer and good food. My server, Heather, was very attentive and a quick. What really tipped the scale was Rose, the manager. I had my wheelchair bound mother, wanting to use the restroom and I was unsure how I could maneuver her in the ladies room. Rose, asked could she be of service, and she did more than many managers would’ve. I thank her, and will be back again. Check out this gem, and enjoy!

I’m pretty lenient on companies in terms of writing reviews, being a company owner myself. Having said that, I must post a negative review for this company. They do not provide menus, instead you must scan a QR code and then a menu will pop up on your phone displaying what they serve and pricing. Based on the menu you pick out what you want. However, when you get the bill it is a different higher price then what is displayed on their menu. Scammer companies do this all the time. It may be a small amount but over time it adds up and a lot by the end of the year. So, please be very cautious of this company and many like it.After confronting the waitress about the discrepancy and showing that I was charged higher than what the menu advertises, she simply apologized and said that they haven’t updated the menu. Do not fall for this scam. I told the waitress I wasn’t going to pay for it and asked to speak with a manager. He didn’t approach me with an apology, but rather ignored me altogether. He did adjust the bill, albeit disgruntled.Fellow consumers be careful. Confirm the price of everything and check your bill before you pay.
Great selection of beer. Easy access right off the highway. Great environment to spend time catching up with old friends. Service is good and they let you sit and chat longer after the meal is finished.
I have NOTHING but praise for this place. Their food is amazing as well as their beer. Our server was Natasha, I don't normally think about writing reviews but this lady was amazing!! It was a busy Saturday night and her service was the best I've ever had. She was hilarious and personal, she engaged with us while staying busy and on her toes. It's obvious she loves people and her job. We loved her. If I had all the money in the world her tip would have been half of it. THANKS NATASHA! See you all soon!!
Been to this place many times, there's always a few good ciders and any of the food I've had is good, too--the pulled pork nachos, they had a seasonal buffalo chicken poutine that was awesome, and their burgers are great, as well. The vibe of the place is cool and you can count on a great selection of beer with upscale pub fare.
It's a popular spot. We went during a high volume time, about 7:00pm on 2/12/2022. And I ordered the macaroni and cheese with the shredded pork for my first meal of the day... it was ok. It could have been warmer. It was warm but not hot... Thank G-d the pork was pre-cooked... I have always been afraid to send items back to any kitchen just in case... The service was great otherwise.
