I have enjoyed many years of awesome food and customer service at Culver's. Then today it happened. I ordered two basket meals at the drive thru. When I got home I realized that they forgot to put the second order of fries in the bag. So I called to let them know, and they offered to send me a coupon for a free small fry. I then said everytime I order I get the value basket. What good is a free fry, when it comes with the meal? I really think a whole value meal should have been offered. You lost this customer ?
Very fast and professional.Wife has dietary restrictions and we were able to communicate that easily via the drive thru speaker.Burgers were fantastic and fresh. Shakes had real strawberry chucks. A perfect lunch outing after a very rough and painful morning.They not only got us a yummy lunch but turned the whole day around.
Christiana is very disrespectful. It was around 9pm. My friend and myself wanted to see if the inside was still open. I didn’t get a chance to open the door and she slammed the door our faces and shake her head. She did not say anything or nothing about the inside being closed. She just had a attention basically. The door literally says open until 10pm. They should be more clear with there closing times of the inside.
I had the veggie burger, so I met my daily intake of veggies. It was very good, I wished that it had crispy edges. I would order it again, but it pales to the butter burger & fried cod.
Was visiting this area and was thoroughly impressed with this Culver's location. Our large order was filled to perfection in prime time 5:45 pm... and so quickly. . Great work - Thank you!!!
Usually fast. Friendly and such good food. I've never had issues with my orders either! Great customer service by a lady that works drive thru. Monica. VERY friendly and helpful!! Thank you. We will be back always.
This location has really poor customer service, you better check your receipt and your bag of food before you leave, because if a mistake was made an an item was rang up wrong, they will not make it right. I called, willing to drive all the way back down to get a sandwich I could actually eat, but the manager said it wasn’t Culver’s mistake (since the receipt matched what was in the bag, although different than what we actually ordered) and they would not do anything about it, that’s the policy. Wow, that’s an interesting approach to retaining customers, I know I sure won’t be back!
The burgers there are great I got myself a Culver butter burger with cheese and this is a small fry. The employees for great!!!!
