These cookies are amazing and the staff is first class! I can always count on going into the store to get huge, warm cookies. I love that I can get one, a box of four or even 5 dozen if needed and the wait isn’t very long. The hours are great especially for late night, spontaneous outings. And they deliver! How perfect is that?!?!?!
Cookies cookies cookies! Hey these cookies are great! O mean all the ones I've tatted are great, specially when accompanied by a cold glass of milk!!! ? ?...Only thing I don't particularly enjoy is that the flavors they have are not constant, so if you really like one particular flavor it'll be hard for you to get it once again.
Poorly trained rude staff! They have no understanding of customer service or hospitality!They did not honor the simplest request as adding an additional slice of lemon when they had a bucket full after we paid for a big orderIt is such a big disappointment, when you pay premium for cookies and are not treated right!I had my team order large quantities of cookies to gift our referring doctors as a gesture of gratitude but now we have to take our business elsewhere.
This place is the whippp. I saw so many TikTok videos on this place, and I had no idea there was a few in MI. I gave Crumbl a try a couple weeks ago and I’m hooked. Cute place, very clean, nice workers, and wonderful cookies. The rotating flavors is such a good idea. I always love trying something new. Give this place a try, it will NOT disappoint. Sweet tooth approved. :)
How did I wait so long before going to Crumbl? It was my good friends bday and seeing as she has a sweet tooth as well, I couldnt go wrong with cookies, they were huge warm and amazing. I also loved the option of adding a sticker and a bow for the occasion. We got a 4 pack and 2 singels. I highly recommend
The cookies are absolutely amazing. I don’t like lemon anything and I would prefer their lemon cookie over my favorite crumbl cookie flavor any day! It smells like heaven inside and the employees are always nice and attentive.
I have ordered from here through DoorDash. These cookies come warm, and delicious. The flavors change a little here and there. If you buy these for a gift, the recipient will be very happy. If my review was helpful please like and follow me please!
Different and delicious. I don’t like their menu chocolate chip cookies or the sugar ones. If they have a new chocolate chip cookie it’s usually good.
I remember my first time going to Crumbl Cookie and when I walked in the employees were so nice and helpful. I could tell that place must have been fun to work for. The cookies are delicious and I really like how they change the cookies every week but sometimes I wish they could hang onto some for a little bit longer especially the ones I didn’t get to try. I love that place and I am going to keep going back.
The most amazing cookies! I love that the menu changes weekly so I can try new flavors. They helped me solve an issue I had with another delivery service and are very friendly!
