Order our family of four our ice creams online. Pick up the items only to find that all we received were bowls of ice cream with barely any of the multiple items that were paid to be mixed in. I called and spoke with a very nice employee named Norah who was helping rectify the situation when Brandon, the so called manager, gets on the phone and tells me he was the one that made our order and “he knows how to make it correctly” and that I must be mistaken. He was a 100% jerk on the phone not wanting to help make it right or even apologize for it. Let’s not forget to mention that after I called and spoke to him, six more charges were attempted on the credit card that was used to place the order. Luckily the card company started blocking them as fraud.We were only trying to make sure it wasn’t an issue for any more of the customers. What a way to “manage” Brandon!!
We ordered individual serve ice cream with freezer rental for my daughters wedding. It was a huge hit with the guests! Todd and his team were wonderful to work with. They open at 11 am on Saturday but had someone available at 10 am for pick up .Great communication, great price, great ice cream!

I always get quick service and staff is very pleasant. I usually get ice cream by the half gallon so when it ends up being a little extra that won't fit in the container, they give it to me in a little bowl, instead of simply discarding it. In my book, that how you take care of things. No waste.
we whole families love this store very much. At least twice each time in the summer we are there. Delicious, the price is also affordable. One more good thing is that its neighbor store is Little Caesar, we love it as well.
