Food has always been hot and cooked very well. servers have always be polite to me. Things can happen in many restaurants that needs to be addressed. Sometimes cooking at home may be an answer to the unhappy.
I haven't been to a chili's in a long time and after this time, I don't think I'll be returning again. I'm not a neat freak, but this place is filthy. It looks like they haven't cleaned under the booths in years. There was sticky stuff on the booster seat and my 3 year old was grossed out by the bugs in the booth by the window. The food tasted like reheated frozen bar food. Our server was prompt and great though.
They are trying so hard. The folks working were wonderful and the food was good.However, they are "short staffed" so only the bar area was open.If only there were a way that they could attract more employees by offering them something ... Like... Livable wages, benefits packages, and guaranteed hours...? Hmm.. it's a mystery
I was at the auburn Rd and Rochester Rd Chili's when I was eating a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and I crunched down on a screw a little screw at 1st I thought it was my tooth because I felt something crack it cracked my tooth I took it out of my mouth and set it on the table me and my friend was looking at it in shock it was a screw unreal I'm sure they didn't do it on purpose but omg how scary my tooth is broke and I'm glad I didn't swallow it, apparently they thought 15.00 gift card will cover the cost of the tooth I'll call the dentist tomorrow 1st thing, I don't recommend this place it's dangerous to eat here I almost swallowed a SCREW
Sadly this Chili’s has gone way downhill. Tables were sticky, service took a long time and food was cold. Staff were pleasant but it was still a less than stellar experience
Do yourself a favor and go to the AUBURN HILLS location instead. They should honestly shut this location down. Awful food. Ordered carry out, picked it up 10 minutes later on the dot, and the entire thing was cold. As if it was made an hour before ordering. Unbelievable.
Haven't been to Chili's in awhile. We stopped in to use some holiday gift certificates. It was moderately busy so we sat at the bar. Excellent choice! The gentleman behind the bar was awesome even though we don't drink he served us dinner and cokes and dessert! And he was pretty busy. The restaurant area look like half of it was closed off maybe due to staff shortage I don't know. But I had to Smoke House combo it was great my husband had his steak fajitas we were in and out in about an hour and very very happy with our experience.
Today I tried to eat here, and unfortunately had to leave after not being acknowledged. During a pandemic we are only being seated in a small bar area. For only 10 tables that are mostly 2 person booths, we were never addressed. A table sat after us and they were addressed and brought drinks. An employee looked at us while we were visibly looking for a waitress and he talked at a table of friends instead. This was the third bad experience I’ve had at this location. I’m trying to be patient with short staffing, but when you see multiple staff members ignore you it gets frustrating.
My wife and I ordered some food for delivery. We always get the honey-Chipotle chicken crispers and they usually come covered with the sauce.... this time it was what we would put on for a child who wanted just a little bit of flavor. My wife has been able to make an entire batch of chocolate chip Cookes, clean the kitchen, and fold laundry while waiting on hold for assistance. She is having to quarantine while she waits for covid results and I thought I would treat her to some food as she still has her sense of smell and taste. This is unacceptable to be on hold for 45 minutes and counting.
Bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich, Cold and bland, not really any grilled onions and a tiny piece of avocado, complete waste of my money. This place is an absolute joke.
