For the 1st time in a long while I enjoyed my whopper meal. The food didnt taste as if it was waiting 4 me to come by lol
Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes with only 2 cars in line. Waited for over 5 minutes at the order speaker box after being greeted with an angry "cash only!" remark. Had to ask if anyone was even there after more waiting before the workers would even say rather rudely to "hold on". What a joke. They had no intention of serving anyone that afternoon. They just ignored the customers and I drove off annoyed and unserved after wasting my time. I wonder if the owners know how their employees treat customers. I'll never go back. Don't waste your time with this establishment.
Girl at drive thru who took my order was rude as hell! My fries were stale and my hamburger was awful and my drinks were all ice with no pop! Don’t go there! Same experience as other bad reviews Please don’t go there during night shift pretty sure they spit on Food too!!
Incredibly rude service without any reason. Uniquely bad. Lady acted like I killed her dog... all I wanted was to pickup my order 30 min before closing. This place needs to close or seriously lay off this staff member.
This place does not let you do multiple orders per vehicle. We were missing food when we got our order. The lady taking the order was horrible at doing it. She was very rude when giving us our food. I also had to ask for my receipt multiple times. I do not recommend this place. This was at 9:35pm
I have always liked burger king burgers and onion rings, drive through was quick and here is a shocker, my order was actually correct, I know amazing isn't it. I was shocked too.
Unfortunately not the stand out restaurant in the chain. It's a rarity that the shake machine is working. Even if you're the only car in line it seems to take a unusually long time. There is another Burger King a few miles further away from my home that we usually go to just to avoid the disappointment.
Only burger king i will go to. All the ladies here do a good job... the food is always good and fresh tasting and so is the fries and onion rings.
They are SOOOOO rude. I would never go back here. I ordered food food 30 minutes before they closed and they acted like it was the end of the world. I also work in the food industry so it was disappointing to see how rude they actually were. I tried to make my order quick and easy because she was obviously inconvenienced by my order even though there were two other cars behind me and she still had such an attitude. They need new employees
Very rude. I was in there Wednesday December 15 and the drive thru employee was so rude. She was short with me and just because I got there 29 minutes before closing she was rushing me and telling me to hurry up and order since they are closing.Even after I got to the window she was rude and unprofessional. Will never go back to this location again. I didn’t even bother to ask to speak to the manager. I just grabbed my whopper and left.
