Food was really good, and the fries were excellent. Customer service was good, and drive thru window offered quick service.
Dining room drink machine still broken! And the refuse to offer refills. At the very least they could upgrade all dine in drinks to large for free. But nope, seems all about drive through and making up for lost profit.I have never known a coke machine to takes months...plural, to fix.
The dining room has two flat screens mounted onto the walls close enough to each other that you can see and hear them both very well, the issue is that even though they are on the same channel, they have a slight time delay from each other so its like an echo. The volume on both are set loud enough for the employees behind the counter to hear. It's extremely annoying to be forced to listen to if you want to eat in. Other than this, it was fine. My cashier was polite.
I visited this location on Sunday and was sorely disappointed. First of all, the woman taking my order was somewhat rude and was rushing me. I ordered two medium meals for nearly $20!!! I received ice cold food!! It literally felt like my food was just pulled out of the refrigerator! Every time I get fast food anymore Im disappointed. Im done! What a compete waste of my hard-earned money.
Burger king is never my top choice but I was quite pleased with my dinner from here. The guy at the drive thru window was super cool at almost 10pm and filled me up with plenty of ketchup and sauces and napkins. The fries unfortunately are bland at all BKs nothing you can do about that. But the bacon king was really good and the onion rings were excellent. Chicken fries were good. Service was quick here. The ranch is gross they changed it sadly. But I was pleased with this location
The beverage dispenser is turned off, and no drink refills are given at the counter. I would have ordered differently or chosen a different establishment.
Attention bk.. You need a new manager for weekend mornings. My hash browns half empty. Salty enough to give me a stroke. Not edible. Then they act like you're an inconvenience of you custom order something. I called to get a refund and not even an apology. Just a bunch of excuses from a bunch of idle and lazy employees!
Always friendly staff food is what you expect. Short lines and good deals keep me coming back
Good quality food as you expect quick service and sales keep me coming back. Keep those 2 for good, but loose them it’s too expensive for what you get.
Colin, or some name close to it, was amazing in the drive through during the hectic 37 cent whopper rush. He was calm and collected and dealt with rude customers swiftly and efficiently. Good workers like him propel this Burger King location into a more than enjoyable experience.
