The food is usually good, and so is the atmosphere - that’s standard at Buffalo Wild Wings. At this location, the service is just not very good. The staff are certainly kind, but they aren’t very attentive (and, no, they are not short-staffed). Yet each time I’ve been there, I’m part of the staff, trying to get attention for basic things I came for.Today: no napkins, incorrect order, long wait for drinks from the bar, no glass for the beer that came in a can (is this a BBQ vibe then?). It’s not the server’s fault per se, but it sure isn’t mine. I walked around looking for the things I needed because the staff was absent.Anyway I didn’t complain to the manager today, because I will never come back. And my tip was 10% (gasp!), which I imagine will be a crime in this country soon enough.
This was my first time going to B Dubbs (Buffalo Wild Wings) I truly enjoyed the experience. We had an awesome server who name was Taylor. She was very attentive. I tried a particular kind of boneless wings and I didn't like them, so Taylor took them back and brought me something else which I liked! Thanks Taylor for making my first time there enjoyable. We will return.
Here are the pro's and cons. Pro, great place to watch a sporting event. Pro. They have great wings. My favorite is the App Sampler. Pro, they have a great variety of beers. Pro, friendly staff and helpful. Pro, it's very clean. One small con, which is no biggie. I wish they hadn't removed the take out door. Pro, you can order online and pick it up with ease. Pro, it is very close to me. You can reserve a table, during peak hours.
The waiter was great! The food was good well for wings. The cleanliness of the restaurant was awesome even at the end of the night.I would return if I want wings.
I had a bad experience with the food and service at the location in Waterford so I decided to try my luck at this one. Two thumbs to the cooks back there that night. The food was much better! Fresh! Hot! Flavorful!! Served in the time frame that it was supposed to be, however...Our server was not on top of her game. I used to be a server so I am a little hard on the servers when I can tell they do not put forth effort with people who ..... let's say... "look like they don't tip" if you get my drift. We ordered an appetizer and didn't see our server to order our food until we were almost done with it. When she showed up her excuse was: "I was still back there waiting on your app and I didn't know anyone had brought it out to you." Not a big deal, because that is what the team is supposed to do. They're supposed to have your back and make sure the guests get their order fresh out the window. We ordered our main dishes which came out promptly due to her team doing their job. Again, we are still looking for her to refill our drink and for more sauce. She did not check up on us (BTW...from what I remember, order of service is every 2 minutes. From when you sit down, to ordering drinks, to apps, to main dishes to checking on the customer and all the way to dessert...everything is at a 2 minute interval) and we had to send a co-worker to let her know to come and check on us. We watched her attend to other tables (especially a 6 person party that I guess got her excited and she forgot about her other tables) and when she did come to us she leaned on the table and said, "Yes, you guys were asking for me?" UMMM DUH!!!!! We would like our check, a refill on our drink, some lids for our sauce and a box and bag for our to go food. Wdym were we asking for you? Yes, crazy lady you're our server and you forgot about us! If it were not for the other servers that were on top of their job our food would've been sitting there cold. We literally had to LOOK for her. Now the server's name on the receipt says, "Soapy" but I remember her name tag starting with a J. Dark haired, young girl with glasses. Our bill was $40 ($24.99 after our rewards) and I tipped her $6.01. Again, I tipped only 15% because I don't go lower than that out of respect for the hustle, however, you're not getting my generosity of 22% when you clearly are not focusing. Kudos to her team for having her back and making sure that despite her focus there was someone there to make sure our food got to us on time. Friendly, fun, family atmosphere!
Great service here! Staff were all friendly and didn't have to wait very long to get our food! Our food was hot and fresh! Bathrooms were kept up and clean too! Great atmosphere!
It was pretty good!Prices seemed fair, staff was nice but kinda slow. We were done eating and the waitress kept pacing back and fourth by us, took like 15 min to get our check, and was not very friendly at the end. I'd still go back ?♂️
Placed an online order through Buffalo Wild Wings' website for delivery that was never delivered at no fault of the restaurant. Delivery is completed through DoorDash. Someone using the DoorDasher's account picked up my food and marked it delivered though no one arrived. Went to the restaurant to see if they could help. Manager offered to replaced the food with no fuss. The food was promptly remade. Excellent service in resolving the issue!
The last couple times I didn't really enjoy the food from this buffalo wild wings. The fried pickles were light and small portion, not crispy. The mozzarella sticks in my next order today now were okay. But, my chicken wings were bloody.
Avoid this location. Messed up my order. I am missing things out of my order then the manager claims her cashier rang us up wrong. They will not fix the order because we still have a balance? It's the girls fault who charged my husbands card the total owed. Bunch of idiots running this place.
