Purchased two for six classic roast beef sandwiches and a small curly fries for lunch on 6/20/22.The sandwiches were fairly cold and definitely not kept at the proper temperature for food safety.The fries were cold soggy and rather pathetic looking. This is probably the first time I ate five or 10 fries and then threw the rest rest away.I’m sure approximately 4 PM is not the best time to visit since it is after lunch and they are trying to get rid of some of the product.There needs to be hold time for fries. These sat for a long time to shrink and get soggy.

Quality of food has really dropped. I don't think I can ever purchase a beef and cheddar again. The last one was so bad. The bread for the buns is horrible. It is flaky????
I'm a local truck delivery guy. Obviously, can't fit my truck thru the drive thru- 13'6". Walk to front entrance, despite lobby front entrance being locked, they take the time serve me! Take my order. Soon, enjoying tasty Arby's roast beef sandwiches! Excellent customer service, well appreciated. Thank you SO much- hungry driver approved.
I am begging the manager or whoever to change the online hours. It says 10pm so I arrive well before closing time to see a sign that they close at 5pm temporarily with an annoying smiley face. If you can put multiple signs outside you can take 2 minutes to change the hours online because that’s what people look at! The food is good but bad rating because of this.
Great drive through staff, arbys missed the mark with the Diablo sandwich though. Taste like barbecue sauce and ghost pepper. Nasty

The food here is always good , only complaint I have is one day the lobby is open one day it’s not . This is very irritating the work truck doesn’t fit in the drive through, So I go in to order .you try to walk in they yelling at you saying the lobby is closed today. It’s like put a sign up or lock the door.
