Food is fine. Don’t expect any modifications to actually be honored. Allow for an extra 30 minutes at least to pick up food over quoted time.Edit: gave them another try after corporate offered a small credit. Order was wrong again. Lowered to one star.

Took my wife to zoups in portage. Was our fist time trying this establishment. I have to say we were very disappointed. The lobster bisque tasted old. The chicken potpie soup tasted like a water downed corn chowder also very little taste. The sandwiches were all bread nothing to the meat or subway style beacon. For the price we will not be back. The service was the reason for 2 stars. They were very helpful. But the food was terrible.

Yall gotta go ,that really good chicken noodles soup was amazin

Just waited 30 minutes for food and I got the nastiest dressing that was not ranch for my Cobb salad ?

The food is incredible. One of my favorite places for sure. Everything I've ever ordered has been delicious and fresh. Plus, the employees are always friendly

Jacob the manager is AMAZING. he helped me find my receipt! He went above and beyond!!!

We were first timers and the gal behind the counter was very sweet and patient with us. The soup options are insane! Not only do they have over 100 options (12 different ones are shared daily) but at least 50% of them were gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy free. And to make the experience even better, they offer free samples of each! I enjoy vegan options overall. I tried the tomato and black bean chili. Hands down black bean chili takes the win! I also tried their broth bowl. The lemon roasted vegetable. This is THE BEST vegetable broth I’ve ever had. We bookmarked this amazing sip of heaven to our favorites. This is a must try for experience and quality.

Was greeted with somewhat of an attitude but I can deal with that, I Noticed that the dishes that they were serving their food out of wasn't too clean. My wife ate from here and she ended up getting food poisoning about an hour after she ate here. The manager I think Diego is his name is very immature and disrespectful when dealing with customers. I'm really honestly surprised that he holds his position. Their is another manager I think his name is Jacob that is pretty decent when I've come in with him their. Regardless, this place gets a 1 star and I won't be recommending or returning as a customer.

I worked at this establishment for 3months and in those three months the new owners changed some major ingredients. The ham went from quality ham to Fudd ham brand the raspberry vinaigrette went from a quality Cisco brand to a cheap Hellmann's brand. Staff went from being paid every week to every other week and then not get some of the tips on certain shift cause managers for got to tell employees so they either didn't get their tips or they remembered to tell the manager. Yes soup and sandwiches get served cold due to the lack of management. And just a FYI they serve the soup daily but some are reheated from the day before which also by the way soups come frozen in a bag already and if not served all the way they freeze it and heat it up for you the next day. Thats fine and a but how long where they made before coming to the store frozen is what I always ? wondered.
