This place has crashed down hill since changing up management. Food is never cooked right, the waitresses that used to work there left due to the new general manager not doing his job and the staff they have now do not in any way seem happy to be working there. It’s too bad. Cold food, under cooked, rude staff, a general manager that cusses at customers for not being happy with food cooked wrong and refusing to fix the horrible service and food issues.

I usually never make reviews but I just had to today. I wanted to take my grandchildren out to eat at Olive Garden this Tuesday but they wanted "wings" so we chose to eat here. I am not a chicken wing person, and dearly wanted soup. But either or, when we sat down (as it is seat yourself) we were greeted with the most endearing smile from our waitress Maddie. Rarely do I receive service like this, especially with the accompaniment of 3 children (aged 9, 11 and 14). Maddie made sure all of my grandchildren's requests were granted with a smile. I'm sure it was just our waitress, because it was simply a regular chicken wing restaurant, but after this encounter I texted all my friends in a group-chat to eat here if Maddie was working.
Their food taste like it was directly from Gordon's foods next door. They had a sign that said seat your self with hardly anyone in there and had multiple waitresses walk by and no one greeted us or even came to give us menus for about 10 minutes. We ended up having to get our own menus then walk to the bar to tell the bartender we need a waitress because we were ready to order....Just a poor experience all around
Slow service, cold food, messed up orders…order two hours for a pickup later, at a time two hours later, then wait more than thirty minutes over that time. Rude bartender. Lazy staff. Manager cooking not being a manager. Five times in a row of poor service. At least they have alcohol.? will never order from this place again, I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER.
Great place to go watch a game. The wings are delicous. Nice and crispy and they are huge compared to some other wings places. Large variety of sauces. Our bartender Trish was awesome, very friendly and provided great service. Will be our new spot to go catch some sports.
smokin hot waitresses, decent wings. i was more into the waiter. she had dark brown with a little blonde. wings were mid kinda a little. one other waitress was not hot but that’s okay because she wasn’t for us.she is smoking hot her name is bethany we like to call her beth

Ordered 50 wings with blue cheese, ranch and celery (take out). Got home and realized they gave me one 1oz cup of ranch and blue cheese and 4 celery sticks for 50 wings! Do better.
