Horrible service. The employees don't know how to do thier Job. I have used my military discount in dozens of states but for some reason they don't "honor it here" because they don't know how? Ignorance. Save your money. Let them go out of business.
The food was delicious as usual and the service was fast and friendly. There was a problem with our gift card and the manager did an outstanding job of making sure we had a great experience. Thank you!!!

Worst customer service that I have ever had!!! They are out of 1/2 of the things on the menu and are serving chili with no spoons. Three trips through the line and they finally tell us they are out of the salsa we asked for the second time through when the chili and salsa for the salad were missing. The manager is incredibly rude, and asked us to leave the line!!!
Service started with this young lady glaring at me saying nothing. After I placed my order the most she could muster was, " here dis". Then head to listen to another worker here tell at the kids she brought with her to work.
I use to eat at this Wendy's very regularly for dinner but no more.I could go into detail but let me state there are many Wendy's within five minutes that are much more worthy of your money.I contacted Wendy's Corporate after receiving the most horrible service I've received in decades!I am giving them 2 Stars because the Corporate Office responded. Here's what was stated by the Corporate Office representative:"I have recorded the details of your experience in our system and have also shared them with franchise leadership in charge of this restaurant. One of the franchise operators will reach out to you soon."I have yet to receive any contact from "the franchise operators"!!!Again, don't waste your time at this Wendy's location. ):

My fish sandwich was barely warm and had no flavor. The fries used to be the thick crinkle-cut. Now, they're skinny shoe string type. Not the Wendy's experience I remember.
Good wendys, they got the order correct, fast, hot & they have the better kids meal toys over other fast food restaurants.
