This Wendy’s was one the fastest I have ever been to for processing my drive through order and get right. Everyone was so friendly, from the women who took my order to the one who handed me my bag. It’s been awhile since I have gotten that kind of service from fast food drive through. Made my day. By the way this was during 5pm rush
Service was fast and appreciated. Tameka (spelling?) was very friendly and productive during the lunch rush. ??
As far as fast food places go, Wendy's is the best IMO. They were having cash register issues, but the crew was great!
EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK? MAY 12TH. Doors locked, but drive thru open. Did someone get sick with COVID? Do they need to sanitize but are stil serving food? They hang up when you call ask why. Three other Wendy's dining rooms are open. Corporate just let's thier customer service line go unanswered for 45 min (I gave up).
I eat at this one often. They are very inconsistent. One day I go in its great the next its sloppy and cold. A manager talked to us in the dine and was very accommodating.
Went here yesterday for breakfast and let me say this place has some of the best breakfast sandwiches and potato wedges from any fast food joint. This particular store was very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive to our order. The older gentleman making my mother in laws sandwich even came up to check with us to make sure he was going to do it right. There was no food or trash on the floors. The trash bins were clean. Drink station was wiped down and looked great. The orders came out pretty quick. All in all it was a good experience. This is how all Wendy's should be.
This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Maybe even the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to, with the most incompetent staff on the planet. Employees here are rude, condescending and have a 99% chance of messing up your order. It’s easy to tell that the employees here look at every customer as an inconvenience. They DO NOT want you there, and would much rather you go someplace else. Which is what I would recommend also.I come here maybe once a month, if that, and something goes wrong EVERY time. I can understand short-staffing issues, but this place pushes the limit, hard.Expect at least a 20 minute wait in the drive thru - no matter what time you go. Just make sure to double check your order before driving away. It’s been like this for a few years now. This location ought to be shut down in my opinion.
Highly recommend NOT going here. Management is terrible and rude to customers, not just today but every time I’ve gone here. MOST OF THE TIME they MESS UP ORDERS and then they’ll blame YOU and say “you didn’t order that” or “it’s too late.. not my fault” TERRIBLE PLACE to eat!
Great food. Was stopping here before work. Unfortunately though, I haven't been able to get anything from them because they close way too early. Google says 11pm, I stopped by there just after 9:30pm and they were already closed.
I purchased two lg chili's with cheddar cheese, sour cream and hot sauce. They didnt have hot sauce. By the time i made the 12 min drive back to eat dinner and got out of my car i realized the lid on one chili wasnt on. It came through the bag and onto my lap. Oucb!! Bummed! I did eat what was left. Yummie
