INSIDE IS CLOSEDWould be nice to have the posted other than in small print on a singular door. I understand as a business it's less money since you don't need to clean or hiring people to maintain it but as a parent with kids it's nice to get out of the car and get some service out of me serving up my money. Your staff was polite and professional but management and ownership should truly evaluate your reasoning for "COVID closures" be honest not just find an excuse.
Drive thru only since Covid. I like that they open at 5am!
Whenever I get back to Michigan this is one of my favorite stops. However this trip was not that special. The dining room was closed (I guess because of staffing) so we chose the drive-thru. I received my order and drove off, only to realize they forgot my hash browns. What they did prepare was okay but nothing like I remember. The quality of the food has diminished.
Drive through Service is very slow and Ice Cap doesn’t taste same as in Canada
The drive thru is very good. Fast service,they get order correct ,polite workers, and delicious coffee and donuts.
Staff was awesome. Selection was great. Only thing that's keeping it from five stars is the line with a little time consuming not too bad but just a little bit.
The best Tim Hortons in the area and by far the best Tim Hortons I've ever visited. I routinely drive the extra 6 miles to this location and 4 miles back despite having a more convenient location that's practically on my way home from work. Why? Because they ALWAYS get my order correct, they actually follow their posted hours. The staff is always very friendly and they get my order out quickly every time even though I don't order any coffee or doughnuts, muffins or bagels that were "made in advance." This is a phenomenal example of why the Tim Hortons franchise became so prevalent in Michigan. When Dine-in was still a thing the inside was an inviting place to stop in and take a break.
Just went through the drive thru, two coffees and timbits. Coffee was barely warm and bits are stale, no napkins provided. Guy at window was barely polite and needs to shave. No hello, no thank you…Won’t be back if this is how service and food are.
I heard the coffee is very famous in USA and Canada, I was in USA, I had to try the coffee.The coffee was just awesome, served at perfect temperature, a must try for everyone. Also had Chocolate Dip Donut, it was good too…Drive thru service was fast and easy…
First of all their espresso machine was down, which was fine, but then when I got a dark roast coffee, they gave me lukewarm coffee. Also Tim hortons everywhere has terrible, cheap covers for hot coffee and it always ends up spilling
