Waited 15 minutes for a steak quesadilla. The lady who appeared to have a manager uniform on was saying rude comments underneath her breath. But I have to give kudos to the younger black gentleman. He was in there working harder than the manger by 10 times which is the ONLY reason the rating I gave them was a 2

Service is poor, they close their door 7 minutes early and forced me to go through the drive-thru which took over and half an hour and I was a fifth car back. And I finally got my food it was cold. This is not the first time I've experienced this but because it is one of the few if only places open later at night. It would be much kinder if they would just close earlier yes they are lacking and properly trained or adequate a numbers of staff.

What a hot mess. Cars lined up in drive thru to Westnedge. Decided to go in and order. Have to use the kiosk which would be fine however had a question and went up to the counter to ask and was looked at and was told to go back to the kiosk to order. Would not even let me ask a question. Yup walked out. What a joke.

When you order vegetarian option it means you don’t want meat in your food.For some reason these people think mixing potato’s with meat makes it vegetarian..And replacing the items makes it everything normal??!!Shame !!

I was really disappointed in this store.me and my mom and daughter waited in line for like 20 minutes lots of workers looking at us but then after 20 minutes proceeded to tell us we had to order in kiosk or couldn't order so we sat there another 20 minutes and figured out how to use the kiosk not long after they took the lady behind us order and they were really kind if rude. The service was slow . Granted I understand not having a lot of workers and being busy I work in food service I have been for 7 years. Some of this stuff could have been avoided.... I probably won't be back to this location.. very disappointed with the experience I had today with my family.

Ordered online because I was low on time. Got there and food wasn’t even started to I tried to cancel it. Wasn’t signed in and made an account to try and cancel the order because the rude employee said to do that. My order didn’t show up on the account I made so I tried to explain that to the employee and she completely blew me off and hung up. Will be calling customer support Monday when they are open to get my refund. Employees are seriously lacking.

Our carry out had 2 casadias with no cheese or chicken and burnt to a crisp.

Waited at the front counter for almost 15 minutes to place an order before finally giving up. Meanwhile, the staff was clearly putting 100% priority on the drive-thru. Obviously they're busy and managerial pressure is on them to produce numbers for the drive-thru, but when that comes at the complete cost of any recognition of walk-in customers, it's not a restaurant that is serving its customers.

Leaved up to fast food. They were fast. I just got out of surgery and was starving. taco bell to the rescue to save my starving tummy. Yo querio taco bell ?

Average joe Taco Bell nothing good or badThey try to keep places clean and fill order as fast as they can. Love the Taco Bell menu though and koisk is super helpful
