My Lunch was good and the staff was friendly ?
Husband just went to pick up our food order. He called me to let me know our order needed to be made but would not let me know why over the phone. I thought someone had took the pickup order from the area. He calls me to let me know that no one made the order and the person that forgot to make the order laughed about the bread requested not being available. Somehow he forgot to make the order but my status in the app said it was ready for pickup. My husband said the individual “found” the ticket in the tray after he pretended to look in the pickup area for an order he knew he didn’t make. My husband said when he walked in they were already putting food away at 7:21pm and they didn’t close until 8:00pm. I would have requested a refund if I knew what had happened but highly doubt they would have processed the refund correctly if they couldn’t remember to make a sandwich and then lie about making it on the app. No apologies were given.
We ordered four sandwiches this evening. The Turkey Italiano had no meat, and half of one of the tuna sandwiches was just bread. Save your money, don’t go to this Subway.
When I go in to get a sub I get a big one extra this extra that so im as pain in the but

I went here for lunch. There were four or five customers huddled together in line (NOT social distanced). So, when I entered I was easily 15 feet away from the nearest customer. I was immediately told I was NOT allowed in because they can only have five people in the lobby at one time. Fine. I figured if they don't want my business, I don't want their business. If you don't have much time for lunch, don't bother going here.
Sub was good but went to drink my soda and tasted their soda cleaner chemical dumped the soda out and was foaming like soap
