Drive up was a perfect visit today for a cake pop, an iced tea and a gift card for Father's Day. Nice people!
The staff was very friendly. They were training a bunch of new folk and were doing a fine job at it.
Alisha is my favorite barista! And my chocolate cold foam cold brew was outstanding!
Great service, drinks, and food today. The attendant was nice enough to suggest drinks for me when I told them roughly what I wanted. Service was fast for the relatively big order I had: 3 blended drinks and 1 hot food item. Good show everyone!
No body greed me till 4 minutes on line with no cashier petty sad ! , the lady barista decide to say someone will be there after she finish here conversation with her co-worker on the drive trough, when the guy was trying to get my order all the mentioned the all the the drinks request where out of stock ( sugar free syrup, all kind )
We stopped here on our way out. Barista was friendly and I asked for a surprise hot drink and she did an awesome job. Vanilla latte with oatmilk and toffee nut drizzle. We also got the iced mocha cookie crumble.
Place is nice. Some of the staff is rude. My drink tasted sweetener than normal and when I brought it to their attention the guy through it in the sink and their body language screamed “thanks for inconveniencing me”. I said sorry as he handed me my new drink. No response.
Wasn't the one buying coffee but was told by my friend that did but it that it was really good. I have never heard complaints about Starbucks coffee from anyone... Just the prices are crazy high is all I know. Too rich for my blood.
Ordered ahead, stood in the pick up line and was totally ignored, another couple came in and waited for 10-15 minutes (being ignored as well) and left, I finally had to holler at a worker to ask if my order was ready. No it was not, and had to wait to have it made. Worst customer service ever and the drinks were not that good. Highly disappointed from a Starbucks, will probably never come back to this one.
Great spot off the highway but have chronic staffing issues. So when I place an app in-store pick up order and they close the lobby it is pretty dissappointing. I've given up on a few orders because I font have time to wait in the long line the closed lobby causes. Bummer
