Poor, poor customer service. Ordered on door dash!!!! Order arrived, all three refried beans spilled over in bag. Photos taken after we had already started cleaning up the mess. Luckily we have paper towels and napkins. Ordered 3 meals, got 1 silverware, no napkins. And for over $40 of food ordered, remind you we got 3 refried beans, only one small less than half full bag of chips. I called to report my concerns with them, the woman acted like she had an attitude before I even complained, then hung up on me. I wanted to call back, but decided I’m going through enough and don’t need anymore stress. Decided to just share my experience. I’ll just have to spend my money somewhere else!!
They have great food and I've eaten there 3 times. Portions are smaller. When I waited in line 20 minutes to get the manager to correct a problem with a $13 dinner I ordered where they only gave me a teaspoon of refried beans, he made an excuse that the cook working then was fired, he said sorry but wouldn't offer me an order of refried beans to correct it... after the 3rd time eating there and they raised prices on their tiny tacos, waiting for a hour to get your order.... I'm done. There are still other businesses around serving Mexican food that will treat you well.
We were in town for wrestling tournament and stopped in here for lunch before heading home. Serving sizes were hefty and the food was delicious. My husband had the horchata and said it was the best he had tasted! We will definitely stop again when we are in town or maybe take a road trip!
1st time there today. I ordered a chicken tostada and a steak taco Mexican style.Both were pretty good on taste and portions. I will definitely be back.
I'm a huge Mexican food fan and I've made my way through most of their menu and I really enjoy this restaurant. I'm not much into the items with the white cheese sauce but that's a personal preference. I do, however, really enjoy their Verde and red sauced items. Always fresh and well prepared food and the employees all have shown great hospitality each time I've visited.
Went here tonight for the 1st time it was very good . Husband for the California burrito it was huge. Definitely could split it. I got the Orzzo Co polo very good. Will go back again

I love the food here. So fresh, so delicious. They have the best Mexican food cooks in Kalamazoo. The manager is the best, very friendly, talks too fast sometimes though lol. The people that serve are always pleasant. Never disappointed when I eat here.
Great service and AMAZING authentic food. Dine in often and the owner is awesome and so friendly. Highly recommend.
