Disgustingly bad experience. Manager arguing with a mom over THE STORE'S error. They were rude to me and the place was a mess. Not going here again.EDIT: i was charged for meals I never received. Also, it was the store manager being a jerk. NO, i dont want a coupon for another meal, I want a refund and ya'll should apologize to that mom and her 4 kids and making her search through the trash for her own receipt. Shame on this place.
I came to this store because the other Qdoba was out of veggies for the veggie bowl. This one still had veggies which was great. Then I ordered my burrito. It looked like one of the employees was making himself a little sample bowl and got chicken in it. I asked for chicken on my burrito and she said she was all out...it was 4pm. It says they are open until 10pm and can't make anymore chicken? They tried to get me to have the steak instead. I didn't want the steak so I left and went to chipotle. Chipotle had everything we wanted, the portions were larger and the food tasted MUCH fresher. I've been coming to Qdoba for a long time and have been mostly satisfied but chipotle won me over. Whoever is running these two on westnage isn't doing a great job. Just read the other reviews! I won't be back again.
Great food and usually quick. Some of the staff are young and have no sense of respect for there customers, but the food is good.
Understaffed and closes early. Food is great but that’s pretty consistent with every other qdoba. If a man or woman wants a burrito after a hard days work, a man or woman should be able to walk in, see someone make their burrito, and walk out a happier individual. And your app sucks big time, has for years making online orders not worth the time and effort.
Absolutely horrible! I stopped at this location today, and was over charged for my meal and did not realize it until I got home. In addition to being over charged, I am extremely disappointed with the portion sizes given now. For almost $10 an entree, I expect more than a half a scoop of rice and chicken. Save your money and go to a different location. Will not be back.
I wouldn't recommend, no wonder nobody hardly here they be stingy. I just got a burrito bowl a she put just enough for one bit and you'll be done. I should've went to Los Brothers like I started too and got good service, Good food, and Good portions
Doba is always a solid choice for some American Mexican cuisine. Their new cheese crusted quesadilla is tasty. But let's be honest, I go for the queso ?

Every few years I try Qdoba. Every few years I'm reminded why I HATE Qdoba. Refrigerated burrito bowl with zero flavor. Queso was good but the chips were all tiny pieces. Not gonna be trying them ever again.
Very disappointed in how we were treated while they were busy. I was there with 3 other people and all four of the cheese crusted quesadilla were wrong none of them being cheese crusted and one wasn't even asked what was going to be on it they just made him a chicken one.
